I always have a great experience whenever I visit Amenity Day Spa! I’ve used their massage and facial services with various staff members. The staff are kind and considerate, they take the time to listen to your needs. I have had no issues with rescheduling when I needed to do so. The facilities are clean and luxurious. Their dressing room has special lockers to keep your personal items safe. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a relaxing spa day.

I’ve been going to Amenity for several years – usually once or twice a year. It’s an extremely serene place and the staff is always professional, polite, and highly skilled. In my book, it’s a 5-star spa. My most recent experience there (a few days ago) was great, but not as exceptional as in the past. When I was booking appointments for my daughter and me, it was a little tricky to get things worked out in the window of time we had, but I called just 2 days before we hoped to visit, so part of the complexity was because I didn’t call until the last minute. I also suspect that, due to the pandemic, they’re a bit short-staffed, which would largely explain the scheduling issues. But, as always, I thoroughly enjoyed my spa day at Amenity. The only issue I had with the services was a slight miscommunication between my aesthetician and me. It wasn’t a big deal, but it resulted in a little extra waiting time. For anyone who hasn’t visited Amenity, I highly recommend it. I think it’s the best day spa around!

Felt like I was in a hurry… no type of relaxation. I asked for an upgrade on my nail package and the nail lady refused because she was in a hurry. I was willing to pay extra.. a day before my wedding for me to have perfect nails and she didn’t want to make the exception. Won’t be coming back or recommending. Would’ve gotten the same if not better somewhere else
