Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst massage I’ve ever had. I scheduled a deep tissue massage but what I got was lotion roughly applied all over my body. The parts I requested she work on she barely touched. To top it off she ended with me face down so I left with lovely imprints on my face from the head rest. I would not recommend this place for a massage.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had a facial with Stormy. She was so nice and did a great job! I can’t wait to go back. It is beautiful and clean. I would, however, suggest a sign upon the entrance from Sherman, as I used my GPS and still had a difficult time finding it.

Critical: Quality, ValueI had Joani Ide. Worst deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. There was nothing deep about it. I said lower back, she spent the last 4-5 minutes on it. The first 25 minutes were spent on my neck and upper back, but didn’t do deep tissue, just lathered on a ton of lotion. Beyond disappointing and a waste of $45.

Went in for derma planing thinking that was what would be best for my skin and ended up getting a hydro facial. They looked at my skin and asked me about what I wanted my skin to look like and they explained what would give me the best results so that I could be happy. I’m not one to give 5 stars often, but I love my skin, the environment, the staff, the way they walk you through everything they are doing, and just the whole experience. I highly recommend this place for anybody and everybody who wants to treat themselves to a great relaxing and happy atmosphere.

Honestly I’m only rating off my last experience but it’s because it’s my last, before I always went to Amber she is absolutely amazing!!! She is the best one I have ever had and I wish that this experience hadn’t ruined that for me, but I pay 60 dollars for a massage I expect to get my hours worth not be shorted almost 15 mins! My mom started before me for the same massage and I finished before her I also checked my clock and her clock and I was shorted! I also tip 20 bucks so I paid 80 bucks for a shorted massage, that I wasn’t very happy with in the first place! I work hard for my money and I expect to at least get the full time I pay for even if not up to pair massage!!! Hold on to Amber because she is what keeps you reputable. I just can’t go back to somewhere who doesn’t appreciate holding there end of the bargain! I couldn’t have paid for half the massage just because I decided to, I shouldn’t get shorted time just because she decided too!

Have went to this spa for a couple years now and always loved it. Unfortunately, last time I went in I scheduled a 60 min Swedish massage and was shorted 10 minutes. I brought it up to the massage therapist and she argued with me and told me I was wrong and went off my phone instead of the room clock; however I mentioned to her that I was going off the room clock as well. After leaving the spa, the manager contacted me, I thought it was to apologize but instead she called me to me tell that I am wrong and that her massage therapist is very, very great at honoring time, she did not short me any time, and that my phones time is wrong. Very unprofessional and I hate that I will not being going back here again, I used to love it.

I called to buy a gift certificate, which you can’t purchase online or via email, and although it was 15 minutes until closing, they had already shut their computers down and ran their reports. They could not help me out with the gift certificate. My mother specifically mentioned liking their services, but I will be spending my money elsewhere and finding my mom a better spa.
