Positive: ProfessionalismHave never used this salon before, but as a new client, I can tell you that the customer service ALREADY is great. The lady on the phone (I fudged here and totally forgot her name!! My bad! Will ask when I go in for my appointment) was extremely helpful, polite, and ready to take on the most difficult hair care yet (I bet!) with my fried out mess!! She made me feel confident in my upcoming cut and color(recommendation) and excited to meet my hair care professional!! Will update on the experience (with horrifying BEFORE and AFTER pics)… To be continued…After my appointment… Well, things went well, to say the least. I live in southern california, and hate to admit I am not too well versed in Spanish. The ladies here gathered that, without being told, and had one of the women who knew both languages, there with my hair dresser and I got translation, if need be. They immediately made me comfortable by doing this. 100% there A+ ladies!! Another thing, I was leaning towards coloring my already badly damaged hair, despite having a language barrier, both dresser and I had gone to the understanding that my naturally white hair was something others pay big money for, and decided to leave it as is. I left feeling confident sand totally sure this place is my hair salon for the rest of my west coast stay. Have never used this salon before, but as a new client, I can tell you that the customer service ALREADY is great. The lady on the phone (I fudged here and totally forgot her name!! My bad!
