Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe people that work there are really rude. Had no customers but still got upset when a friend and I wanted to get our nails done. I asked then to get gel acrylic and that tried talking me out of it for 10 minutes and rolled there eyes. They were aggressive and made me bleed. All my nails are different lengths also I get my nails done regularly at a different place and I know the steps you take and they skipped some steps like putting a base coat of gel on your nail first and they did not. Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment scheduled today at 11:15. When I arrived, I signed in and sat down. No one greeted me even though two staff members had eye contact with me. Neither smiled or said a word. So RUDE!!!
