It is clean and relaxing which is important. The massage was good (not great)and the facial as well. There is no hot tub in the spa or at the adult pool which is disappointing. The ladies who assist in the locker room are wonderful. Complimentary champagne was nice as well! The spa locker room area is nice; steam room and Himalayan salt suite are a nice experience. The pool tile work could use some work and the massage therapist could be a bit better but this is a great spa for a couple wishing for a day time retreat as you can also order food and drinks by the pool. A girls spa day is also very nice here and lunch at corsair is delicious.

Prices are ridiculous and they are not accommodating. I didn’t like the atmosphere; I feel like people of colored are treated differently. The service dog that a client brought into the spa got better treatment than I did. I only went there because I was gifted a gift card. I definitely won’t be going back.

My favorite Spa!!! The spa is beautiful! Steam room, salt room and access to pool, gym and showers. Amazing atmosphere and you are treated like a queen. I’ve gone atleast 4x and plan to go back during the holidays. We had a great mother daughter day! The pool was closed the day we went so they gave us access to the hotels private water park, tidal cove. Amazinnggg!

I’m not quite sure what Spa most of the individuals who provided ratings visited, however, our experience compared to other Spa visits was quite disappointing. First off, I have to say that the place is aesthetically pleasing and everything is clean. Besides that, there is not much that is positive to say. People were not friendly, and the aura felt hurried. The waiting area for the massage was incredibly lacking…poor lighting, poor snack options, small and definitely not comparable to some of the other places we have visited. My husband hated his massage! He has never HATED a massage! Also, can you believe there is NO HOT TUB onsite?! If you have money and time to waste, visit this place. However, I like quality, attention to detail, relaxation and friendly staff.

When I mentioned I was pregnant they said they were not comfortable with having me”. Seemed to me pregnant women are not welcomed in their facility. Perhaps if she would have given me a medical explanation I would’ve respected her decision. But she mentioned she just didn’t want me to go into labor at her spa and her having to call 911.

Came here for a couple massage based on the groupon voucher i bought. We got 2 male massage therapists and they were very professional! You got access to all the amenities (hamaylian sea salt room, steam room v..v). staff are very friendly. the pool is amazing! you can literally just chill there all day. The whole experience was great. Highly recommend.
