Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was fortunate enough to get appointments for my sister and I to get our make up and hair done for my wedding in early Oct 2020. Shannon was very helpful with coordination. The day of went smoothly- and considering COVID, they had proper health and safety procedures down so smoothly, it made it feel as thought it was more of a ‘normal’ wedding vs one during COVID-19. Ashley did my hair, and my goodness- she is a legend. It was amazing, the volume, the length of time is stayed in, and the compliments I got. I was fortunate enough to get appointments for my sister and I to get our make up and hair done for my wedding in early Oct 2020. Shannon was very helpful with coordination. The day of went smoothly- and considering COVID, they had proper health and safety procedures down so smoothly, it made it feel as thought it was more of a ‘normal’ wedding vs one during COVID-19. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have NEVER been so humiliated in my life. I was looking forward to my appointment with Amanda. Amanda was VERY nice and professional. The woman who claims she manages the place messed up my appointment and I was thrown around to another hair stylist. The other hair stylist, Heather, was unprofessional and acted as if she did not want to do my hair, then proceeds to say “well, you know this can cost up to $200.” I know I’m not dressed in Gucci outfits or anything, but my military career pays me well enough to afford a GREAT lifestyle, so spending $200 or more was already expected. I had to just get up out of the seat and leave because Heather said I would have to reschedule or she would have to make her other client reschedule which she did not want to do. This was such a horrible experience and I just wanted to get my hair done. I wear my hair in a tight bun everyday in uniform.. just ONCE, I wanted to do something nice to my hair.Service: HairstylingI have NEVER been so humiliated in my life. I have NEVER been so humiliated in my life. I was looking forward to my appointment with Amanda. Amanda was VERY nice and professional. The woman who claims she manages the place messed up my appointment and I was thrown around to another hair stylist.
