I went to ambitions today to get my nails and toes done. I have been burned by a lot of places so I had low expectations. But janice did a FABULOUS job! My nails are exactly what I wanted! You can’t book online, you can only call to make an appointment which is very stupid in 2022. I’ve called atleast 5 times over the past week and left two voicemails with my number and no one has reached back out to me to schedule an appointment. Terrible customer service.

I am pissed. I asked the lady if she could do anything to make my hair thicker and she instead ended up thinning out my hair to the point its so thin! Ive always had a lot of hair and now i feel like i have barely any!!!! and I asked her to cut my bangs starting below my eyebrows and they are so freaking short and above my eyebrows I look like a mushroom head and she added more bangs than what I already had and took off the sides. WHY DONT YOU LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WANT NOT WHAT YOU WANT. SO pissed. And maybe you should think about asking if you can do something to a persons hair before you just start doing it!
