I went here last month and I won’t be returning. I received a full set color powder nails and the guy placed the drill too close to my cuticles. I left with bloody cuticles and for the next week or so my cuticles were sensitive and had a burning sensation. As soon as I walked in I was immediately serviced. He didn’t even give me the opportunity to get situated into the seat comfortably. Most physically uncomfortable experience ever. I was annoyed and I ended up not getting the pedicure. NEVER AGAIN lol.

Walked in to fix a mess up from a different nail salon in rosenberg and theywere awesome! Jenny and Bill took great care of me and got me fixed up perfect . They were very nice and friendly. I will definitely be going there from now on.

Had an amazing experience. I got a deluxe pedicure that felt amazing and a manicure; I really enjoyed my time there. They took their time with everything and came out feeling so refreshed; I don’t think I have ever been THAT relaxed. I definitely recommend!!!

Jennie is nice and helpful. She does great manicures. She was the only one that I liked. Instruments were sterilized and complimentary drinks are given. The young guy who originally gave me a pedicure was being very rough so I asked for someone else. I decided to give them another chance because I know that I can be picky. This time I went back to get my nails done in powder. Wow! What a horrible experience. The older guy. Always wears a white shirt. He was doing my nails. I told him they looked extremely thick, they were too long, and that he was hurting me. He didn’t listen or maybe he didn’t understand. Finally he clipped my nails and told me they were fine. He began to file again and I told him he was hurting me. He didn’t stop. I noticed blood on the nail file and I moved my hand away. I told him I would pay for whatever I needed to pay for but he was not touching my hands again. By now he is taking tissue and trying to clean the blood from my fingers. I walked out and went across the street to fancy nails so they could finish.

Today was my first time coming here I was bit hesitant trying new places. My overall experience was awesome!! I was a walk in they fit me in immediately, took their time, pedicure was AMAZING, my manicure couldn’t have been better! All instruments are sterilized! I would recommend coming to this salon!

My first time, they were busy, I wanted just a leg massage and manicure. They worked me in, the lady did a great massage and pedicure. Communication is always hard at any salon, but there overall work, the cleaninness of the facility was exceptional. I will be going back.☺️

Horrible experience. Instead of telling me it would take a while to get me in, they got me sat but then took an hour before doing my pedicure. I got a pedicure and full set. Not even a week later my nails already fell off and toes were chipped. I called and spoke to the manager and after she said she’d get it fixed, nothings been done and won’t get back to me. The customer service here is horrible.
