My Mom called me while she was walking out of this place and mentioned it was the worst hair salon experience of her life. Olga was rude and did not do anything to accommodate my Mom’s requests. Maybe talk to the client first and see what they’re really looking for before deciding on whether to paint or cut? I don’t work in this industry but I think that’s the best practice? Also, if you’re not going to accept Groupons, remove yourself from that program.
