I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! I started coming here this past summer….every 2 weeks faithfully (although I could definitely go 3 weeks). I have only ever gone to Rosa. She does a fantastic job and gets you in and out fast! Everyone seems super friendly. But Rosa is my girl! Love this salon so much!! Bonus….purchase the tangerine sugar scrub…..it’s amazing!!!!

On 7/22/22 I went in there to do my pedicure & full set. The lady that was doing my feet automatically started putting the price up after I told her I wanted yellow gel. She said she will have to put a white layer or the yellow won’t show. Cool, after doing my feet, she said it’ll be $52 because she had to use a lot of coats. Which I knew she was stealing from me. I didn’t argue about it, time to do my nails, she said “ your nails will be very expensive”, I told her “I’m only getting a French tip what do you mean, do you know how to do a French tip?” she said, yes. then, I said “ how much is it? “ she couldn’t answer me & spoke in their language to someone else, came back and said, “ we have a wedding party coming in 10 minutes so we can’t do your nails”. It’s unbelievable the type of service I received today. I will never return here. I wish I could give it has 0 stars. What’s even more upsetting I’m not a new customer. You’ve a lot a customer

I took a chance trying somewhere new and I absolutely regret choosing this place. For one I walk in and the lady that greeted me looked very overwhelmed and was rude when she told me I had to wait, which I was expecting to have to wait. Then when I was seated at a station I was looking around and noticed how dirty everything looked. The floors weren’t clean, the stations still had nail dust all over them, and the nail polish bottles looked a mess like they’ve never been wiped down. As I was waiting for someone to see me there was a group of girls there getting nails done for a wedding and they were complaining about almost every single one of their nails and had the nail technicians fix them before they left. That alone made me nervous to get my nails done here, I should have listened to my gut. Whoever did my nails was very clearly rushing and I wanted to get a very simple nail design done and was told they can’t do designs there. She put 5 total layers of polish on my nails which was way too much and when I left I noticed how lumpy and thick my nails looked and the shapes of my nails weren’t uniform. The only thing I was satisfied with was the color I picked out. Other than that I will never come here again, not worth the $42 I paid for a REFILL.

I feel so bad. A lady at the bus stop asked me where i get my mails done… I was not being honest because I didn’t want to share my salon. They are amazing. The service is great. They discount my prices and tell me about specials. I just returned to regular service after Covid-19. I am so fortunate to have such skilled techs. If I could post a pic, I would. I always tip generously. They deserve it. 5 out of 5 stars! KW

8/1/22….Okay so I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 4 years. I usually make an appointment & sometimes I could walk in. Jennifer was usually my tech, if she wasn’t available I was open to go to someone else. I’ve been satisfied everytime. Never had an issue with anyone. Recently they’ve been pretty busy so I’d just check back. Fast forward to today, I called & asked if they had any availability & I was told yes they’re available & to come in. So I show up about 10min later. When I show up people are available & not working. All of a sudden I’m told everyone is waiting for their appointments & they can’t take me which is very odd. I let them know I was told to come in, they said “yeah we know”. So I asked about an appointment for Wednesday. They started acting really weird. They fake looked up the schedule and told me they don’t have any availability for Wednesday because they do walk-in only everyday which literally contradicted what I was just told about them waiting for appointments. Jennifer walked away as I asked for clarification on what was going on because I was super confused. Maybe I was misunderstanding something. The one lady acted as if she wasn’t trying to talk & then said “we don’t want to do it for you!”. Again I was confused as to what was going on, maybe I missed something, so I asked if anything happened that I wasn’t aware of because I hadn’t been there in about 2 months & everything was fine the last time I went. But again I was told that they didn’t want to service me & shunned me away as the lady turned to walk away from me. I asked for a manager & I was told “there’s no manager, we not do you”. No one wanted to explain a rhyme or reason about what was going on. They were VERY unprofessional, RUDE, dismissive & nonchalant. They didn’t care that I didn’t understand the situation at hand. I was left with no answers. Needless to say I guess I won’t be spending money here anymore, so neither will the people I’ve sent there to get services. From what I’m hearing they’ve been rude to quite a few people lately who are not new customers. They don’t value or care about long time customers that have spent hundreds of dollars with them. They will throw you away like trash.

These ladies are the RUDEST people EVER!! They’re racist and they can not do nails. They’re over priced. They rush you and your nails, however…. MAX is amazing. He takes his time, and makes sure your overall service meets your expectation. There’s plenty of other nailery I’m Delco, pick any of those and you will receive a better experience and better nails.

I called from their parking lot to ask the price of a pedicure, and if they had an ATM machine on the premises when advised that they do take cards for payments, but tips in cash only. I literally exited my vehicle, walked inside, used their ATM machine, picked a color, and began to sign in. No one spoke or acknowledged me, just to say we’re booked today- never returning, my 1st visit.

Max is amazing! I’ve been here a few times and I’ve always been overall happy, but max goes above and beyond to make sure the service is perfect. He asked me what I do for a living to figure out what was best for me for the longevity of my nails and he always communicates professionally. He gave me great tips and gave me honestly the best dip manicure I ever had along with a beautiful pedicure. Needless to say I’ll definitely be booking with him again soon!

I made an appointment for 9:30 today. I get there a little early, someone lets me in, that same person told me to check in, I sit down, then that same person said I had to leave kids arent allowed. I had my 10 month old buckled in her stroller sleeping… what was that hurting? Not to mention the sign at the cash register that says “kids in a stroller welcome”. Then saying I wasn’t welcome. I hope you lose customers. I hope you don’t have kids because you have no idea how hard it is to even find time to get nails done when you have a kid. This place is absolutely terrible and disrespectful. 100% will be posting a lot of reviews about this place.
