Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHORRIBLE SERVICE !!! I had multiple times I was bleeding because of them, I asked for gel and did not get it. It looks like my five year old daughter did my nails. I informed them that I was not satisfied when I called ( which I had to leave to go get my daughter ) and the nail tech was very aggressive and refused to give my money back. A customer ended up getting on the phone getting aggressive as well. I asked for a manager or owner and they said “ no you can tell ME what’s wrong” . HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! I had multiple times I was bleeding because of them, I asked for gel and did not get it. It looks like my five year old daughter did my nails. I informed them that I was not satisfied when I called ( which I had to leave to go get my daughter ) and the nail tech was very aggressive and refused to give my money back. They were great with my 5 year old daughter. Normally she has a tantrum when someone tries to clean or clip her nails but she sat calmly and had her nails done. They also did a great job on mine and my oldest daughter’s nails.
