Place is very clean and owner is very nice. But service was horrible. There are air bubbles on more than half of nails. They did not cut my nails or cut my cuticles. At the end of the visit, I voiced my concerns and they were not heard. The owner said “you just got a polish change” I said that’s not what I wanted. When we first entered the salon, we said we wanted manicures and pedicures, never said just polish change. Nicole (nail tech) was very inconsiderate of my time. She took multiple small breaks to talk to a coworker about inappropriate topics. Do not recommend, and very expensive.

I had such an amazing experience here today! I have never had a good experience at a nail salon before, so I did a lot of research on a good one and found Ambiance. Ambiance exceeded all of my expectations. I got a pedicure and dip powder on my nails by Taylor. It was honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever had and my toes look better than they have ever looked before! Taylor took her time and was very gentle. The salon is genuinely spotless and I truly appreciated the clean/sanitary environment. Everyone was kind and it was overall a really great experience. It was well worth the hour drive and I will definitely be back.

The place was beautiful. But I’m very disappointed in my pedicure as it started peeling after 4 days. I also had gel nails done and I have never had them peel from the bottom like they are right now after one week. It took almost 3 hours to get these two things done. Tina gave me the most beautiful set of almond shaped nails I think I’ve ever had. Almond shape is not an easy shape to achieve. The salon is clean and fresh and beautifully decorated. I’m a fan!
