Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality10 minutes late to open the salon. Made an appointment online, not once did the app stated I needed an approval. It allowed me to book in the time slot. Made it to the salon 15 minutes early. Once inside the salon, explain to the hairstylist that I made an appointment. She stated she did not have anyone in the time slot and that there was nothing she can do without an appointment. No customer service skills at all. 10 minutes late to open the salon. Made an appointment online, not once did the app stated I needed an approval. It allowed me to book in the time slot. Made it to the salon 15 minutes early. Once inside the salon, explain to the hairstylist that I made an appointment. She stated she did not have anyone in the time slot and that there was nothing she can do without an appointment. Critical: ProfessionalismI booked an appointment through google. It was confirmed. I received an email. I show up (on my birthday) to get my hair done. The ladies in there are acting like they don’t know anything about my appointment. They open up google and see that you can book appointment & she read my email confirming my appointment and just dismisses it and it like I don’t use that and I don’t have time today. She was very dismissive and nonchalant. She never apologized or anything. I will never use this business or recommend anyone to it because of the lack of professionalism and customer service. I booked an appointment through google. It was confirmed. I received an email. I show up (on my birthday) to get my hair done. The ladies in there are acting like they don’t know anything about my appointment. They open up google and see that you can book appointment & she read my email confirming my appointment and just dismisses it and it like I don’t use that and I don’t have time today. She was very dismissive and nonchalant. She never apologized or anything. I will never use this business or recommend anyone to it because of the lack of professionalism and customer service. If I could give zero stars they’d get that. Terrible!!!!!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI recently box died my blonde hair pink, purchased from a drug mart and it stained my hair so bad. I came here and got it done by Yissel, amazing job. Lifted the pink out of my hair so much and it feels healthy. It’s a beautiful platinum blonde, medium bob cut and I love it it’s gorgeous there also, with welcoming lady’s !!
