Ms.Denise did a wonderful silk press on my natural hair on June 24th, 2021. I just finally washed my hair (July 9th), and there was no heat damage. Ms.Denise took her time on my hair. She did a great wash, detangling (in where I have never had someone so gentle and caring), steam treatment and press then I ever had . I have roughly 4B hair, thick crown, and she did an amazing job. Moreover, I usually keep my silk presses for 3-4 weeks, but did travel this time in states in high heat advisory in where my hair did start to puff back up. However, Ms.Denise did a phenomenal job and I cannot wait to visit town again for she can do my hair again .

I had my hair done by Rashida today at Ambience. The ladies there are so friendly and welcoming. She did an awesome job on coloring, cutting and styling! She took time and care with me and it was an awesome first time experience. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend it. My stylist Rashida I use to go to her along time ago. I lost contact but thru a coworker I found her at Ambiance Beauty Salon. As Always she did NOT fail me. I am natural and when she was done my hair felt like it was relaxed. I love it. Her and Denise were professional and welcoming. The salon is very clean.

I didn’t catch the name of the lady who was at the front desk but she wasn’t very welcoming at all and was kind of rude. Braid stylist did an ok job on my daughters braids but after looking at it the day after it wasn’t very good. Her hair was already getting frizzy and one of the braids looked a little crooked compared to the others. The lady named Ms. Denise was very sweet and welcoming though and the place was very clean looking.

My provider, Nikki, such a sweet young lady. She does an awesome job for all her clients. Denise and all the providers do good work with excellent customer service. Prices are reasonable for all services. I highly recommend.

Had Keke. She did an amazing job. She gave me a silk press. Will be going again. The only downside is that they charge a $2 fee (in cash) to use your debit/credit card. I’ve heard of companies adding the extra charge on to your card, but I’ve never paid a fee in cash to use my card.
