By appt. Only. I helping people. I custom massages to fit each individual needs. The body changes daily, so I refuse to do the same routine each time. I use YoungLiving oils on the body and the feet. I can do a number of different modalities. I will talk to a client about them before the session starts. I do not start your time until you are on the massage table. I care deeply about people and why they are in pain. I have suffered from a variety of things from migraines, to car accidents resulting in surgeries so I understand pain. I am a ex certified surgical technologist so I do know a bit more about the body. I promise to not waste time or money, if I cannot help you. Hours may differ from day to day depending on schedule. Thank you!

Massage Therapist
Aromatherapy (Young Living Oils Only)
This 90 minute session involves oils applied directly to the feet, spine and areas where pain may be. The oils are used in a way to relax the body and let me do the body work needed.		$110.00
Hot Rock Massage
90 minute session. Basaltic Lava Rocks are heated up and used on the body through out the massage. If I can not hold the rocks due to the heat, I will not place them on your body. This is a massage that will help increase the circulation through the body causing the body to relax faster. You may fall asleep during this warm sensation. Water is given at the end of the massage to help flush out all the toxins and free radicals that your body has released. Aromatherapy may be used during this session as well. To successfully complete a hot rock massage it requires a minimum of 90 min to 2 hours.		$110.00

Theraputic Bodywork
60 min massage. Custom massage specifically to your needs. It can be a combination of structural integration with the use of Young Living essential oils to hot rock therapy. I go by what your body tells me it needs. I am not a robot and I do not follow a pattern like a student does in massage school. I have many modalities from soft tissue, deep tissue, hot rocks, aromatherapy, rain drop technique, trigger point,migriane and tension headaches, cupping and gua sha, to structural integrative techniques like neuromuscular and myofascial tissue release. 60 min is 75.00, 90 min is 110.00 and a 2 hr session.
