Critical: Professionalism, QualityI tried Amber when I first moved to Arkansas. As a colorist, she listened and did an adequate job on my color. Her prices are high for the quality and the amount of time it takes for her to complete a service is ridiculous. She wasn’t able to stop talking and just get to work which ultimately led to me leaving the salon the final time in tears. After a root touch-up, I asked her to thin the bulky section of my hair. I told her I didn’t want length off, and when trimming my ends of the dry pieces she needed to avoid razor cutting. Well, she talked and talked, failing to listen or pay attention and she butchered my hair. Took about 3 inches off and thinned it so much that it looked like a round ball. It was awful.
