I received a quote for highlights and a haircut. I agreed to the price she quoted and showed up for my appointment. After my hair was done, she rang me up and had changed the price. When I told her she quoted me a lower price, she said the price went up. Really? So much for honoring your word and having integrity. She forced me to pay more.
