Scheduled my appointment about a week in advance, then the night before my appointment she messaged me to confirm the appointment for 7am the next morning (the original agreed upon appointment). The next morning about 20 minutes before the appointment she messaged me saying she overslept and asked to move the appointment to 8am. I overslept a little too so I was understanding but I did think it was unprofessional. So at 8am I’m in the parking lot and knocking on the door and she’s not there so I messaged her asking if she was here at 8:17 she said she was almost there. So I sit there until 8:38 and then I just leave. At 8:47 she messaged me she was there. There was very little respect for my time if any respect for it at all is what it felt like.

And when I tell you Koumba and Hadja has blessed hands …they were the epitome of professionalism, quality work , excellent customer service . They are in a great ,safe location.
