The last and final interaction my family had with this salon will be the final. I was wondering why they have been losing business lately, thought it was due to Covid but, realize now that it is due to their unprofessionalism. We made an appointment with them 2 weeks out to see a specific nail tech. They double booked and gave the appointment to someone who booked only a few days before.I would have been fine if they apologized, but as I stated before they do not know anything about professionalism or customer service. They manager was there and did not say a word when I asked for an explanation or how they were going to solve the problem. They did not even apologize.My entire family goes there, excuse use to go there, not anymore. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI have been going to Amazing Nails for a little more than 5 years and I love all the ladies. The place is always clean and everyone is friendly and professional! The value for the services is within normal price ranges of other shops and I like that I always feel welcome. I have been going to Amazing Nails for a little more than 5 years and I love all the ladies. The place is always clean and everyone is friendly and professional! The value for the services is within normal price ranges of other shops and I like that I always feel welcome. The owner, Kim, is very involved and always ready with a smile and a hello when she’s in the shop.

Critical: ProfessionalismI got a fill and a pedicure two days ago , I had a nail that needed to be fixed , I paid 45$ for the services and a tip. It was not fixed properly, and the polish I had on my nails and toes drastically faded and changed from powder blue to white. I went back today which was two days later , just to get the polish changed and they charged me 35$ just for a polish change on regular acrylic. When they’re flyer of prices said $12 for polish change.
