My nails where done really bad she said she could do a moon.. that is not a moon its ugly, they also changed price for nails. Honestly a rip off and waste of gas. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted my money will not be going back. And less then a week they started breaking apart I have lost 3 nails in a week this was the worst set of nails is have ever had done. There gel is Cleary cheap if its falling apart all over. Also there nail polish has already been chipping off I can’t believe I have paid 65 dollars on the most disappointing disgusting nails I have ever had. worst experience and quality I have ever had. I had to cover my tips and under nails because the top just chipped if somewhere.

Friendly nail techs and they did a super job! I got my nails done three weeks ago and my toes, regular, still look great. My nails, gel, have not tried to pull up anywhere and are still very lovely. I’ve gotten so many compliments on these nails! If I lived in Reno, this would be my go to salon.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS. I just walked into this place and one of the ladies working there was absolutely rude and unprofessional. She started arguing with me in front of everyone and now, I will not be coming back. I simply came in and asked for a hard gel manicure and she kept asking me over and over again what I would like and said I wasn’t communicating correctly when clearly, I was just asking for new nails. I cannot believe how she treated me. I’ve never had this type of treatment there which is why I’ve kept coming back. I don’t suggest anyone come here because they may not even be able to comprehend your words. Also, by the looks of their response to other bad reviews I’d like to add that they are EXTREMELY judgmental and will talk about you amongst each other.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They refused to do my nails after I asked them to just touch up my nail shape. I asked for a narrow almond shape and she kept being rude. And she had someone else do my nails. And they said I can’t do what you want. And hurt my nails while taking the tips off. And kept being aggressive with me. They don’t care about what you want. They wanted to do what they wanted. They do the bare minimum

This was my first time at this salon and I am very disappointed. I was able to come right before they closed and even though the technician was nice, she never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted and she rushed through the whole process. What should have took about 45 minutes, took about 20-25. Very disappointed. Pedicure

The salon was beautiful and clean. I never, ever get my nails done but I wanted to do something nice for myself. This was the perfect place for me. Everyone was very welcoming, it was easy to make an appointment, Kim was very sweet and made pleasant conversation. My nails look very clean and classy and simple- exactly what I was going for. The place was clean but the nail technician butchered my toe when I asked if she could get my ingrown toe nail out. It is now inflamed and infected. My boyfriend had a good experience here so that’s why I’m leaving 2 stars.
