1 star service. Facility is dirty. Literally only 1 mail technician who can truly do nails. This the finish product of gel polish brand new full set. The older woman was shaking the entire time doing my nails. Once she got finished I immediately let them know I was dissatisfied and they inform me they would replace my nails for free. I couldn’t get them to do it then because I had a flight to catch that day.. After this experience I did not want any of their staff working on my nails. When I return I asked them to give me a pedicure instead and they declined and when I asked for refund they declined. The gel polish used turned my nails spotty within 2 days. It’s lumpy as if a five year did it. Would not recommend at all!

He apologized for his mistake and offered to do them the next day…and he did,taking his time I am so satisfied with my nails and the customer service!

I wasn’t happy with the service at all. I asked for classic white tip.. with a heavenly manicure and pedicure i got charged $45 for manicure but he didn’t even use the cucumber stuff just blasted my cuticles with the little shaver machine and walked out with this mess. Still old nail polish on from before and nail polish on my skin.. far from professional work. There was 2 people scheduled at the same time with the same person and seemed like things were going to get heated. And I wasn’t trying to stay for that. I could have stayed in pleasant grove for that ratchetness. DONOT RECOMMEND!!!

I was there for a manicures and it took her for 2 hours I asked her how long are we going to be finished she told me 15 minutes it took long time because of my nails bla bla bla so she blamed on my nails even though I went to so many nail salon places and it never took this long and they know their job what to do. second time I’ve been there and they’ve done amazing job both times. I highly recommend a good price for good quality nails. This time I got powder white and one of the custom powder baby pink with glitter inside. I also love how they got the design I wanted spot on. I also was asked if I was thirsty, which made me feel very appreciated and welcome. Please go check this place out.

Not super fancy place but the people there are super nice and accommodating. Depending on how picky you are about your nails, you might not want to try the ombre nails like mine. I’m not 100 percent happy with them….. But single color and Mani/pedis are great

Love the nails! The manicurist gave me exactly what I was looking for. As a walk in, I waited about 15 minutes which isn’t too bad. The workspace was a little bit in shambles but I was told that it was busy all day (Saturday). For me, the reason I ended up choosing this location was because of their extended hours. I’ll go back again, probably on a week day when it hasn’t been as hectic!
