I went to this place hopeful that I could find my new nail salon. But, instead I am very disappointed. The nail technician cut me on my skin on my thumb underneath the nail bed. Cut me on my skin on my big toe and my pinky finger. Made me bleed in all those places. Then wanted to put gel on my nails even though I told her dip powder. It took two and a half hours to do my mani and regular pedicure. I will not be going back there ever again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went into this salon after an 11 hour shift from work hoping to get a pedicure and manicure done but was only treated with disrespect. When I first walked into the salon I was not acknowledged or asked if I would like anything to drink. After asking politely if I would be helped and no one answered another women walked out and started saying someone will be with you in 5 mins and no one came. As soon as another customer a different race than myself came they were able to help them and left me sitting there confused. I asked once again and then no one knew how to speak proper English all of a sudden so I left. If you are AFRICAN AMERICAN please do not go here they are prejudice and do not value you as a person.

Critical: QualityDO NOT let “Tiffany” do your sns/ dip nails. She left the edges rough and jagged. I had them done and they started chipping the same day. Then they started getting cracks the next day. I paid $45 and gave her a $10 tip. I went back 3 days later (as soon as I could get back in) and they offered to take them off and give me a manicure for $20. Tiffany was there and looked at my nails and did not apologize or offer to remedy the problem whatsoever. There are a lot of really good reviews for “Amazing Nails”, and I’m wondering if people are posting these great reviews for a different salon with the same name.
