I was very pleased with my 1st experience in this salon today! I had never been to try this nail salon before today. I walked into a very clean, quiet, & comfortable environment. I asked if they had time for me as a walk-in appointment. I was asked which services that I wanted to obtain. I was then directed to a nail tech. She first greeted me and asked if i would like a bottle of water to drink as she was coming over to me. She was carrying a foldable wooden tray in which was to be used for my possessions. It was for my drink and my purse to set on instead of the floor or my lap. Then the tech asked me what service i was seeking. I told her wanted gel polish. At the point I was given many nail polish samples, in which i was to choose my color. I then decided & chose to go with the cat eye effect polish after my gel was applied. After my nails were completed she dipped my hands in the best smelling warm wax . I sat for about 10 minutes enjoying the feeling and quietness. She then removed the wax from my hands and did a massage with even better smelling lotion! My hands are so soft & my nails turned out great! I would definitely recommend this nail salon to my family & friend’s! I WILL BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN!

My husband brought my daughter to the salon yesterday for a kids mani/pedi, which I made an appointment for specifically the day before. My husband brought her for me only to discover that the nail technician put long tips with a gel polish on my 11 year old without clearing that choice with my husband first. They took advantage of my daughter and charged us for the service, not to mention the length of the nails makes it very difficult for her to do things like wash her hair. I am disappointed in the salon and will not be back.

I paid for the most expensive pedicure and received a 25 min horrible pedicure. My toe nail was broken and I was told to come back the next day because only 1 lady could do it. My paint job was horrible, feet still hard on the bottom. I had to go somewhere else and repay to have them done.

My mom and I have been going here to get pedicures for the last 5 years, they are wonderful every time! Nowadays they are very COVID-cautious and have plastic dividers between chairs and between you and the nail technician. I would recommend calling ahead if possible, but they can usually squeeze in walk-ins!

The staff was somewhat friendly. I didn’t mind at all how quiet they were since I wanted to enjoy my manicure and pedicure. I did for the most part but I feel that the design and technique used to polish my nails was amateur. It didn’t come out at all how I would have liked. My nails were long and by the time she was done they were short and she didn’t ask how I like them shaped. Will not go back!
