Amazing!!! Kathy is always attentive and accommodating. Great value and service for each of my waxing/pedicure visits. The facility is extremely clean and full of zen energy as well as having friendly staff. I highly recommend a visit if ever in the El Paseo area.

I only go here cause my girl Vivian worked here (she no longer does). But I am not a fan. They do not use sanitation bags for the basins in between patients. And the pedicures are not as good in terms of services offered. No more hot stone Massages, which was a highlight for me at other salons. The owner lady is quite cranky, screws up my appointments and my friend’s appointments. Also I bought $65 worth of gift certificates for my friend, who no longer wants to go to this salon. I asked cranky owner very nicely for a refund. She said no. I thought CA had special consumer protection regarding gift certificates/gift cards, but she didn’t care. Avoid this salon! You will not get good service.

This place is absolutely beautiful! The staff is amazing! Came here with 5 ladies for 5 pedicures. We made a reservation the day before, and we were all able to sit together! We were all VERY satisfied and very relaxed. This is my new favorite nail salon!

Leaving review cause this could be a health issue. 3 toes were bleeding. Clippers were dropped on the floor & then was going to still use them! I’m in shock! I’ve had 100-150 pedicures & NEVER had an experience like this. My 3 yr old niece could’ve done a better pedicure. WOW!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI am so angry and disappointed with the way the nail tech treated my daughter. My daughter had an ingrown nail and she decided to cut part of her nail off herself so I decided to take her to the salon so they can better align the nail and just to make it look a bit better while we wait for the nail to grow back evenly. The tech laughed at her and ridiculed her so much and ask other nail techs to look at my daughters toe all while being pretty loud about it so all the other customers could hear. I could see my daughters shoulder shrugging lower and lower. I couldn’t believe I didn’t do anything I simply told the tech well that’s why I brought her to fix her nail. (I WISH I I WOULD HAVE TOLD THE TECH THAT I DIDN’T BRING MY DAUGHTER TO THE SALON TO BE SHAMED.) I was so looking forward to a nice mother/daughter spa day since we don’t get to do that often. Secondly same tech mentioned we could clean up my daughters uni brow which we had considered so I said just the uni brow only nothing else and just very little we ended up getting the owner of the salon which I explained the same thing too. She did a rushed so care less job that i had to fix it when we got home. thirdly the male tech that does my nails flirts with me so heavily that makes me uncomfortable. I booked an appointment in advance only to find out that they had not left enough time before there next client I felt very rushed and the pedicure I had was basic, I was not asked what kind I wanted usually I would of had the sea salt and paraffin when you book in advance you do not want to feel rushed, it was not the best experience. Had the worst experience there I asked for a manicure and a pedicure with gel and when I got home both my manicure and my pedicure were coming off. also my daughter asked for charms on her nails and they said they couldn’t do it because they were very busy which we did not ask to do it for free!!! we were obviously going to pay for it we ended up spending $100 in total and we didn’t even get what we ask for but we will never go back again to this place
