I was referred to Amazing Nails as a great place to get nail art done. I called in advance and asked if they could do Disney Nail art. When I arrived I was told the artist would do my nails. I asked her if she had pictures of something she has done or could make suggestions. She told me that I should just show any picture and showed her the one attached. Instead of taking my regular polish off with nail polish remover she decided to use a nail drill – I asked her several times to stop as it thins nails and I did not have gel on. Unfortunately when she was finished the result did not look anything like Mickey or Minnie and she told me my nails were not big enough for the design.If the artist could not draw the picture shown she should have suggested something she could have drawn. I am very disappointed in my experience and do not plan to return.

I’ve recently moved to this area so I wanted to try this place for waxing for my eyebrows, upper lips and arms. The lady was quite helpful and smoothy. I also had my nails done there with dipping powder -for the first time with this technique- and actually I really liked it. ^^ It looks really shiny and smooth. The lady did her job really diligently. So, I’ll go there again next time. I think the prices are reasonable too. Thank you!

I previously had a bad experience with someone here, but the manager is very sweet & fixes any concerns you have with care. “T” is the reason I came back bc she is amazing!! She can do cute nail art and the gel doesn’t lift for weeks. I also got my lash extensions done by her today and I love them! I called and told them several times what I wanted and the nail tech decided to do a manicure on my nails. I’m a hairstylist so I always need something that will last me a long time…. With her I know the gel color and acrylics will last me as long as I need till I can get my next appointment! Tried this nail salon twice and both times I didn’t like it. They didn’t do my cuticles at all the nails weren’t done well at all and the second time I left with my hands all cut up because they filed my skin instead of just my nails in multiple places. I recommend going to salon solutions instead because they are much nicer and take good care of your hands.

I went in for the first time, excited because it was highly recommended. My friend and I called ahead and were told we would be seen. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I was in there for three hours TOTAL for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure went fine, however the woman who did wanted to use sea salt at a $5 extra charge, which I’ve never been charged for that at ANY salon I’ve been to. She spent no less than 20 min on my full set and charged an extra $5 for the shape. They weren’t even and she left acrylic under the nails in globs. She also pressured me to do gel and when I told her I didn’t want gel she blobbed nail polish on them. She walked me to dry them and I politely asked her to fix them because they were splotchy. She was rude and blobbed more nail polish on them. These photos are after she “fixed them” it was actually worse before she “fixed” them. I had to ask 3 different people to have it fixed but the women were too busy looking for more clients to work on. The workers here focus on money, not quality. When asked for a refund, the women who did my nails proceeded to scream at me in front of the entire salon, saying I was charged the correct price for her work. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone or return. I still want a refund for this horrible work. I had to go to another salon to have them fixed. Save yourself the $68 and go to someone who takes time to correctly do their job and acts professional.
