She is on amazing stylist, who does such a great job. And Finley she understood what I really want. Others I have been going true have cut my hair way to short or did it so fast. It is very easy to schedule appointments and I feel like I get a good value for my money. I would recommend her services to anyone! I’ve been going to her for almost two years. My appointment with Marilyn Cadle was amazing. She was very professional, courteous and surprisingly fast. She had a cancellation & worked me into her busy schedule with very little notice. She is an accomplished stylist & I felt perfectly comfortable placing the fate of my hair in her hands. She is very knowledgeable of all the latest styles, techniques & services. I even overheard her instructing a potential client about the different types of hair extensions, the various & best procedures for applying them & the pricing for each. She completed the color & foiling she used to apply the Ombre I requested in record time. And when she began cutting my hair – a welcome surprise – she actually seemed hesitant to cut too much, where alot of stylists whack away with no concern for your request to preserve length. Her booth inside “The Salons” beauty mall in Harker Heights, however a bit crowded, was neat, clean & well organized. I felt especially safe due to the fact that, since my appointment was late in the day & the rest of The Salons had already closed, Marilyn’s assistant had to use the security feature to open the door & let me out. Her large clientele, lack of available appointments & crowded booth are all testimonies to Marilyn’s success as a Professional Stylist & Colorist. And the fact that this little lady became a Realtor during the pandemic in order to continue to provide for herself & her family in their accustomed manner speaks volumes with regard to her strong work ethic & can-do attitude. I did feel that she could’ve spent more time, and possibly provided additional treatment of some type, to my over processed, frizzy hair, but I didn’t request it, & that one negative amidst so many positives didn’t affect her 5 star rating in my book. All in all, my service for a shampoo, consultation, cut, 2-color Ombre and Brazilian Blowout style cost $214 plus tip, for my mid-back length, thick hair. Thanks, Marilyn, for a wonderful experience. I will be seeing you again, in approximately 6 weeks!

THIS girl… I can’t tell ya how awesome and laid back she is! After reading reviews, my hubby bought me a Groupon to her salon and I have to say she is AMAZING. She didn’t shy away when I said I wanted to change my dark hair to platinum blonde. Her prices are fair and what’s most important: she’ll never steer you in the wrong direction when it comes to what works for your hair type/face shape. Immediately I was impressed by her knowledge and it isn’t everyday you meet a hairstylist and say “I trust ya” after the first appointment!! I asked for a chocolate brown with hints of auburn brown-red balayage and came out a complete red head after being at the salon for 3.5 hours. The initial interaction was Marilyn bringing her dog into the salon, letting it down on the ground where it ran to me. I reached to pet the dog and Marilyn smacked my hand away. How unprofessional. My LOB cut I requested ended up just being shoulder length with choppy uneven layers and being over textured. When I contacted the assistant, I was told Marilyn was unavailable and that she could call me back. I never received a call. A big part of customer service is making sure your clients get something they asked for and are happy with. The services I asked and paid for, I did not receive not an I happy with anything I received. Save your money and time.
