I was a little nervous so on my first visit I started driving to the Seattle location instead of the Bothell location and I ended up being late for my appointment. The staff were very understanding and got me into the appointment right away. Amelia worked with me to figure out what shapes/ styles/ lengths etc would look best for my eye shape and lifestyle. I always go to my girl ana and she NEVER fails to make my lashes look so gorgeous! they look so natural and full and after I started going to ana, I have gotten so many compliments on my lashes. Not only do my lashes look amazing, but everyone there is so nice and very welcoming and I always get so excited when I need to go in for a fill. And it’s also so relaxing, poor ana has to deal with my snoring because I am always falling asleep during my appointment lol. Love this place!!

The got glue in my hair and wouldn’t give me a partial refund. Also, I had to go to the store because they told me to buy acetone to remove it… and of course I lost half a strand of hair…. This glue is hard to get out of hair. There was no towel placed over my hair. Please do not come here. They will try to sell you their monthly membership the entire time. Will not go back again.

The services are pretty great actually but be careful with the memberships! My membership was canceled verbally with the reception associate at another location, who assured me I would not be charged further. I was charged and then given the run around and told to submit a refund request, which was declined by Bothell. The $159.99 charge was not authorized and someone didn’t follow through on the cancellation, nor tell me what further I needed to do at that time.
