The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Folsom, CA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Alexis is fantastic and I love my lashes every time I go to her. I’ve never experienced the retention with lashes that I do with her. I am quite unhappy about the company ordering new lashes that aren’t as great and then to add they stopped carrying the curl I use. Alexis skill is still so good though so hopefully they decide to bring back the curls for the clients.

I went in for lash extensions I wasn’t sure what I wanted since I has only been going to my friend at her house so it was all new to me. I knew I wanted long and full lashes but not too over the top. Maggie was so sweet and knowledgeable she saw a picture I brought and knew what I was looking for. She definitely hit the mark with my lashes. She didn’t mind me talking to her about things or asking questions along the way. I never felt like I was being rushed with my service not did I feel like she was getting annoyed with talking to me or asking question lol. If you haven’t went to see Maggie I couldn’t recommend you going any faster to see her. She’s amazing!!!!

Their lashes didn’t work for me. Only lasted for a week. I tried three times because you can make appointments quickly compare to other places but don’t last more than a week. Last time they said they would change the glue and lashes but still didn’t work for me.My lashes usually last for at least three weeks when I go to other places.

Jayden was great, but I was not happy to learn I had to pay an additional 40 dollars from my monthly 140 membership for this fill because I waited 3 weeks to get a fill so I was charged for a full set. They don’t mention that your lashes have to be 40% in order to be considered a fill. They tell you 2-3 weeks to get a fill. I basically had to pay more because there lashes didn’t last long enough for me to make it in again to get a fill. Lots of hidden details and additional charges they don’t make you aware of.

My wife has used this studio in the past. She had a credit of $240 what they don’t tell you is that if you don’t use it within six months you lose your money so my wife had $240 for she paid 120 then they drew out $60 one month and they threw out $60 another month because she didn’t use it within six months after they drew out three different transactions for a total of $240 they refused to do the service not a way to do business. I recommend that you think twice before going to the Lash studio.

Definitely over priced and they don’t tell you everything about additional prices until afterwards. Didn’t request a master stylist, yet received one with the addition of $20 for their service. Told me my fill would be free since I had a credit to cover that cost and still charged me and extra $45 which wasn’t expressed to me until afterwards. And your membership only covers a single classic fill. The membership fee cannot be put towards anything else. It’s essentially $145 each month that gets wasted.
