The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Fair Oaks, CA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I would reccomend not getting any services from Amazing Lash Studio. The lash techs were very nice but this location was ran very poorly. Lashes lasted about a week before the majority of them fell out, even with proper care. I tried going to different lash techs and it was all the same. The amount you pay for 1 week of lashes is outrageous. Volumes look like classics. I have noticed a high turn over of lash techs. You pay more for an experienced tech. Shouldn’t have to pay more for a service to be done correctly and thoroughly in my opinion. The location was never clean and gave off an uninviting vibe.

Was not thrilled about my experience here. The facility is not kept clean, especially the restroom where they send you to clean your lashes. You fill out paperwork that asks if your allergic to specific products but no one reads it and they ended up using the one thing I’m allergic to so I have hives around my eyes. I went for a lash tint but no one told me they only do the top lashes and not the bottom. Even only doing the top lashes, they didn’t go to the base of the lashes which results in a halo effect if you have really light lashes and are tinting a dark color. And finally the product they use really burns the skin. I would not recommend this establishment for lash tinting.

I was originally booked for the Amazing lash studio at the Fountains in Roseville, however as soon as I stepped into the studio, I was told by the manager that my lash technician called out…literally at the time of our appointment. No one else could do my lashes, not even the manager who should be trained to do them. Luckily the receptionist called around to find me another Amazing lash studio. My advice stay away! The Fountains used to be professional, but I guess customer service and the customer experience means nothing to them.

Critical: Quality, ValueI received a lash lift which was almost a hundred dollars. The lift did literally nothing and I’ve received a lift before so I know the problem isn’t my lashes. It was such a waste of my money and time and they are telling me I cannot be refunded. The worst lash lift I’ve ever received! I recommend you save your money and time and go somewhere else. I have gone to this studio couple of times now and had great experience. The first time the gal had to fix my extensions from another place that over charged me and didnt hardly add any lashes.. They are very professional from the gal at the front desk to the girls who apply lashes. I have called at last minute and they always accommodate me. I would recommend this place in a heart beat. Very professional and I could tell she was carefully applying the lashes and taking care to adhere each extension as she worked. I am so happy Taylor was available this morning to help me! I used to only see master stylists but these gals have done a better job than the master stylists I’ve had in the past. They discussed my options, shared their opinions, and I could NOT be happier with the results. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. 10/10.
