The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in San Jose, CA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

The girl who did my lashes was great. The place however is not run well. I got sick and needed to cancel an appointment yesterday. They make it so difficult. If it’s during business hours you sit in hold forever. There is no cancel button on the appointment, you have to call. They don’t ever give you a human. For 3 days I tried. Then I emailed them through the appointment line and finally got a place to leave a voicemail when I called after hours. Then, one of the front desk girls calls and is super rude asking if i’m going to show up for my appointment. I told her I left a message and I sent a message through the appointment request. What kind of business operates like this and stays in business? Give me a break. Too bad because I really liked Amber, she’s nice and great at her job.

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve been going to amazing lash studio for some time now and haven’t had any issues but I recently visited this location while being on vacation.The location was nice and everyone was polite. My lash technician was very sweet but my concern is that by the first day a ton of my lashes fell off and by the next morning I looked like I was already for a refill. Today is day two and I look like it’s the day before a refill. My lashes are literally falling out for no reason. I’ve had my lashes done for years and never have I experience this amount of lashes falling out within the first day.I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is unacceptable and I can now understand the negative reviews that have had the same experience. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAbsolutely horrible experience!!! I’ve been getting the run around since November!!! One min I’m being told I’ll get a refund but it never comes then I call back and there’s never a manger on duty to speak to so I have to wait for a call back that never happens.After getting the run around I decided to dispute with my bank and the merchant responds back that I didn’t cancel my membership in time which I did but I’m more so disputing based on my last review for the service being poor. Literally all my lashes fell out with in days. Update: the app did finally start working for booking but then they changed systems and now I get an error that I no longer have an account. Additionally, after too many really upsetting interactions with Jessica, I am most likely going to cancel the membership I’ve had for years. She is really good at making customers feel completely unappreciated. It’s a shame because the other desk person is very nice and Teresa is fantastic.

Okay so I’ve been to amazing lash before did a full year membership . And canceled after that year 2017.. so this month I decide to try them again.. and my lashes were so sad and looked like basic lash strips that today I went for my refill and to cancel my membership. And i got lucky with the most amazing tech ever her name is Teresa and not only did she give me the lashes of my dreams but also gave me all the tips and tricks to keep my lashes looking AMAZING. thank you Teresa and I cant wait to see you again .

Enjoyed my first lash appointment. Two days later my left eye had lost every lash went in and got it fixed right away and made a follow up. My lashes did not make it to the follow up figured it was something I did. Less than three days after the follow up ,being extremely cautious and mindful have already lost half my lashes on both eyes. Asked why this might happen and they had no answer. Tried to get a partial refund and they only offer to fix the service which is fine ,but limited. The appointment to get them fixed is only available in the middle of the day when I am working and they did not seem to care.Artists were kind and place is clean but lashes do not last and they do not care to keep their clients.
