The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Oxnard, CA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

their customer service is great but their services and prices aren’t. made my eyelashes fall out and didn’t even finish them completely they also charged me over three hundred dollars for one classic set that was not even finished. would not recommend to anyone please go with a better well known lash tech the ones that work from home are usually very good

Had a newbie do my lashes and they turned out okay. A little patchy but not bad. BUT after leaving the salon I had a burning rash on my back and elbows and every part of skin that touched the table. Whatever cleaning product they used on their tables gave me a chemical burn. We called the salon and they told us there was supposed to be paper covering the tables that clients lay on. But there was NO paper for me. “Amazing” Lash needs to have better sanitary protocols and not give their clients chemical burns with whatever cleaner they use to clean the tables.

Please don’t go to this place. I had my eyelashes done on 1st Sept. The lady made eyelashes look So Fake. Extra length looked like I used falsies. And took extra time. I felt the person was completely inexperienced. I called them and told them I want some changes to be made. They did it and I was satisfied not happy.

My wife is/was a regular here. Today she called to cancel with them. We just don’t feel comfortable going to appointments like this during the pandemic. They refused to close her account unless she came in IN PERSON to do it. The absolutely last thing you should be forcing patrons to do right now. I understand some will disagree with our logic, but to us this displays a clear lack of care for customers, so we will never spend our money here again. Which is sad because until this, the service was always good.

I love the experience and service that Amazing Lash provides! The complimentary drinks are always a plus. Paige is my favorite stylist out of 7 stylists I’ve seen. She’s detailed oriented and incredibly polite. I highly recommend her and cannot say enough great things about her! Paige has been the only one who really listened to what I was looking for. Other stylists tried convincing and pressuring me into getting pricier lashes. If you’re looking for someone who is detailed oriented and a true professional, ask for Paige.

I’ve been going to this location over a year and I have not had issues with front staff until today. Girls come and go, I get it. But, there needs to be consistency and a certain amount of knowledge before you allow new staff to handle the front desk alone. It’s very annoying when you have overpay for a service you pay half for normally, due to staff not knowing price differentials and property schedule you for a service. Very disappointed.

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst of all the place is definitely gorgeous. Walked in, was barely greeted had a seat. Someone came in behind me and they had to tell the girl behind the desk that I was there before them. That should’ve been my first clue. My technician Camille was a joy I already knew I was going to give her a really big tip. I was really excited as my coworker told me about the $99 special that they were having. When it was time to pay I was informed there would be an additional $65 because I got the “VOLUME” set. That blew me away because no one went through the pricing with me. I thought everything was going to be $99 as no one told me differently. Everyone look dumbfounded at the register when I asked why wasn’t I told. and then I was presented with the kit for maintenance of the lashes they told me that was $88. I walked out of there after paying $207 which included a 20.00 tip and I wouldn’t mind but I’d like to know before hand. No one wants to feel like they’ve been jilted out of their money. I feel like I was done a disservice and I will not be returning.
