Now offering safe and relaxing outdoor services. The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Irvine, CA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes.

Former loyal client before Covid. Went back only to experience horrible insensitive customer service and technician adamant refusal to wash hands w water and soap but instead filling her hands w hand sanitizer and pumping the sanitizer several times and rubbing her hands over and over again with the strong pungent smell of alcohol to which I have had eye sensitivity and prior bad experience.

Critical: ValueLash services: 3/5. I have very thin and short lashes so I was very particular about which stylist did my lashes. After a few rough sets, I spoke to the manager and they were able to comp a higher level lash stylist for my next set. I was happy with that and I enjoyed my next session. If you want lashes that will last you and look good, pay more if you can and get the master stylists/more experienced stylists.Business: 1/5. I have been a member for 2+ years now. From my understanding I was not going to get charged this month since I received an email last month that Amazing Lash Studio were not going to do business during COVID. To my surprise yesterday, my account was billed. Prior to this, I did not receive any notification that the studio had recently reopened. They will not give you a refund. Instead, they charge your account without you knowing. According to the worker I spoke with on the phone today, this money cannot be refunded, even if you cancel the membership, and will instead stay on file as a credit. I am upset that the business is greedy in keeping your money in anyway possible. I have frozen my account for 3 months and plan to cancel my account after that.Lash services: 3/5. After a few rough sets, I spoke to the manager and they were able to comp a higher level lash stylist for my next set. I was happy with that and I enjoyed my next session. I am an amazing lash studio member. This was the first time I visited this location (it’s a lot closer to my house, so I thought it would be much more convenient). I was wrong the parking is horrible and the worst was my experience with the customer service at this location. From the moment I booked the appointment to the moment I arrived. The person on the phone was not very helpful, she seemed to have a problem with my accent, but she complained in a way that was very condescending but I was like ok… not the first time or last I encounter someone who can’t handle some diversity. Well, the day of my appt I was running late (the parking in this location is tough). When I walked in instead of being greeted, the stylish was rude, she didn’t even say hi, she seemed in a rush and berated me for being late. She could have communicated this in a polite manner, since she didn’t I asked to reschedule and ended up cancelling. I wasn’t going to let this woman near me!!! If she was already not happy, I could just imagine the terrible work she could have done. I am disappointed the switch to this studio didn’t work out, but happy I didn’t give my business to a location that does such a terrible work at feeling their members comfortable and welcome.

Got my first ever eyelash extensions here after seeing the great reviews. The place is extremely clean and they do everything they can to make your experience comfortable. It is a long procedure but the bed is comfortable and they give you a blanket and leg rest! I personally had some complications regarding my appointments, but they were always well taken care of by Athena which I really appreciated. I got my eyelashes done here for my engagement and wedding and I got endless compliments. Great place!

If you want effortless lashes and a nice overall experience, then this the place to go. I have had my lashes done twice ( it’ll be my third time next week) and I have to say I’m impressed. I have long lashes as it is but Julie really helps make my lashes look thicker and adds just a bit more length to make my eyes look great without makeup. I have found myself spending less time in the morning for getting ready and more time making a yummy breakfast; all thanks to Amazing Lash Studio !(:

I got my lashes done with Lynn 5 weeks ago and they still look great! Lynn does a great job and takes her time to apply each lash. The studio is adorable and very clean and you get your own private room with the lash technician. I was hesitant at first to become a member because I did not want to commit but I realized that it is really worth it since i will continue to go back.I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio.

I really enjoyed my experience at lash studio. Its such a cute place. The receptionists where very friendly and very informative about their products. When you first get your lashes done they inform you about the type of lashes you would like and make helpful suggestions about the type of lashes that will suit your eye shape. I really appreciate that because up until I went there iv’e never had lash extensions done and I didn’t know what to get. Its such a relaxing environment, a couple of times I started to dose off. And they make you feel so comfortable and always ask you if you are comfortable and will provide you a blanket if you get chilly. Overall I do recommend this place. I just wish they have one close to me. And pricing is not too bad either most places do charge a lot more. If you are one to frequently need to have lashes done ask about their subscription program they offer.
