The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Temecula, CA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

So I didn’t think I was going to end up doing this but now it’s gotten so bad I have to. It’s been one week since my full set and all of my eyelashes are lifting as they grow out and hurt my eyelids when I brush them or sometimes blinking. Elizabeth acted like she was their best lash stylist but here I am with lifting edges. I used every product they recommended, so I spent hundreds for the full set and supplies. Eyelash wash, the bonding gel stuff, and the cleansing brush. I use everything exactly as they said and it still didn’t help. I see them reply to everyone else on here saying “aftercare” well I followed the aftercare so now what’s the excuse. If you have so many people complaining, maybe take a look at the quality of supplies or your staff and make some changes because you guys are expensive to not have good results! Now I have to figure out if somewhere else will do a fill after just ONE WEEK or if I have to wait until they all fall out and therefore not having lashes on my vacation.

First, I got my eyelashes done midweek. By Saturday, my right eye had a LOT of lashes falling off. Elizabeth did a great job refilling, but the lashes still fell off over the week. Yes, I know, heat and lash cycles can influence this. However, for all my lashes to be gone within 2 weeks is extremely unusual as I’ve gotten my lashes done at other studios and never ever had this issue.

Be aware there are secret notes that they place so you can not ask for corrections. Per my notes I was advised that my lashes needed to be washed and I “refused” then was told if I didn’t then my lashes would not last and “refused” to still wash them. When I advised I was never told this ans would have been happy to wash them if was advised my lashes wouldn’t last. Well 1 day later half my lashes are gone and they refused to correct them. I asked for owners contact info and was given generic salon email, so LAUREN ALLES as the owner of this business I reqest your contact info to please go over the horrible customer experience I have had at your salon.

Was unhappy with there costumer service. I called to cancel appointment do to covid and specifically said to reschedule me for a full set since it would be over a month that I would have been in. I get there and they scheduled me for just a fill. So did not get my lashes done . Canceling my membership and even though it was there mistake will not refund my credit. Horrible! So if I don’t want to loose my money I have to go back to them.

Go see Jessica at Amazing Lash Studio. She is professional, super friendly and a master stylist with lashes. I’ve had lashes several times before at different salons throughout the years. I am also sensitive to lashes and normally I end up pulling them off after 2 weeks. Honestly, I hardly feel these. They do not irritate my eyes or feel foreign at all…a first.

I came here today is a lash model and had such an amazing experience. Everything started with Jocelyn on the phone and then she walked me through everything once I got there. I end up having my lashes done by Amanda and ended up paying extra to upgrade for the master stylist as well as getting upgraded lashes. I am really excited about this opportunity considering I’ve been wanting to get lash extensions for the longest time but have been scared due to my propensity to have to play with my lashes forgetting dog or cat hair in them. My lashes turned out beyond amazing and I feel very glamorous now. The staff here is amazing, The facility is clean and a very nice relaxing environment, and I’m really excited to be continuing to return.

I went to a location in San Diego for my first time getting my lashes done and they did a wonderful job and my lashes lasted me almost 3 months because I took very good care of them. However, at this location I cannot say the same. I had a very bad experience and I’m very upset with the manager. I went to get my lashes done at this location and the lady who did them for me did a terrible job. When she took the adhesive off from under my eye, my top and bottom lashes were stuck together and I couldn’t open my eyes. She had to pull my upper and lower lashes apart with tweezers for me to open my eyes again. Then I took a look at then when she was finished and you could still see the glue on one of my eyes crusted on the lashes. That same day, my lashes were already falling apart and I was very upset. I asked to speak with manager but the manager wasn’t around to speak to me. They didn’t want to refund me my money or take off my lashes but they retouched them for me at no charge. The second girl who fixed my lashes, her name was Chelsea I believed, did a great job at fixing them for me. She was very nice and she saved the day for me. However, after one week, my lashes are already completely off and I’ve been taking care of them. Disappointed with the service at this location. I only liked chelesea!!

Absolutely love their Lashes. The front desk is always helpful and the stylists make sure you are always leaving with perfect lashes. They have different styles and looks you can choose from. I just recently upgraded to the volume lashes and I am in love with them! I have been coming here since they opened and will continue to do so.

I switched over to the Temecula location 6 months ago. After having 3 different people screw up my lashes, I am happy to say I have found the best lash stylist! Esmeralda is not only the sweetest person but her work is above average. She always makes sure my lashes are perfect before I leave the room. I walk out of there feeling like a new woman and look forward to my refills. I get so many compliments on my lashes!
