The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Redlands, CA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I’ve been going here for a little over a year. Everyone here is very polite and diligent. They are great at customer service and accomadate you as much as possible. Tiffany is amazing and my go to stylist. At first, it took a little getting used to caring for my lash extensions but it’s worth it! I love how convenient it is to just up and go and not have to spend time putting eye makeup on when starting my day.

I have been going to different Amazing Lash Studios for 2-3 years in different states because I travel for work. Unfortunately, the Redland, CA location I personally would not recommend. My friend went there and she complained that all her lashes fell out within a day or two and I thought maybe it was the person doing her lashes. He stylist was Ashley. My friend was very upset and did not recommend going there, as her lashes were falling out like crazy. I decided to go because maybe it was the stylist and made sure to use someone else. I was given a personal recommendation master stylist, Ammy. Prior to her starting, I mentioned my friend and how her lash fell out. Ammy said that she did not have that problem and has people coming in every 4 weeks. It looked great, but unfortunately mine fell out after day 1. Day 1- 8 lashes plus mostly hybrids fell out and the rest were on the pillow when I woke up. Day 2 was absolutely ridiculous. I’ll just post the picture for Day 2. Today, Day 3, looks like I barely have lashes since they’re all over the bed and bathroom. I had natural hybrids. If I brushed it they fell out and when I touched it they came off and it was just the extension, as if it was never attached to my eyelashes. Oh and I was told not to wet them for 24 hrs; however, I’ve always been told from other places to wait 48 hrs which is what I did as opposed to what Redland recommended 24hrs.

Great customer service and excellent lash artist. I recommend asking for a patch test if you are unsure about your eye sensitivity or glue allergies. They offered one for me when my lashes weren’t feeling super great on my eyes. Very happy with this location

Called a month ago to cancel my membership. Person who answered used confusing jargon such as freeze , unpause etc. I asked questions about the policies of each one but she talked extremely fast and was vague on the guidelines of each one. I mention I had an event coming up so that I might need services, and they are now binding me to keep the membership because of that. Although I did not use the services since before making the phone call, they insist on charging me on services I will never use. Raquel and Cam are con artists, beware of setting up any form of membership with them

GIRL when I tell you they are the most sweetest people ever THEYYY AREEE. I was greeted and when I signed my papers they explained everything so well. I felt so welcomed. My lashes stylist the BEST super amazing she even showed me some styles on the amazing lash page on Instagram. They definitely let you pick your style and make sure you comfortable.
