The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Eastvale, CA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

The lash artists here are wonderful however the business is managed poorly. They have a problem with their billing software taking payments when it’s not supposed to (Not on the date in the contract). I know this bc they told me and apologized, stating that it’s something that keeps happening to customers. After the second time of this happening they took my card off auto payments. They told me that since the billing system has been so problematic that they would call for the payment or I would just pay at my appointment. It happened again. I called the studio and had the misfortune of speaking with someone named Emily. Emily has no business working in customer service. She is beyond rude and was giving attitude throughout the whole conversation. It’s sad bc the artists are great but seems like Emily needs some training in how to speak to clients, especially when it’s amazing lash studio software that isn’t abiding by the contract.

Waste of money. At one time, I actually enjoyed getting my lashes done here when they had competent lash techs. I would let payments go through without using the credits so I had quite a few on my account. After them being closed for a while during the pandemic, I went in for services and asked about my credits to be told a majority of them had expired. I was never sent any communication about the fact they’d expired so hundreds of dollars just go to waste? Also don’t know how they expect customers to use their credits when they were closed.

The lash Tech was amazing she did a GREAT JOB!! The studio is beautiful! but i had a horrible reaction to the glue. I wish they used something a bit more sensitive especially since they are working around the eye..

I love my lashes!!! I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio in Eastvale from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by smiling faces and positive attitudes. My stylist Rikki was amazing she really did an outstanding job! She was ready right on time took me right in and hook me up! I left there feeling like a million bucks. I will absolutely be back to Amazing Lash Studio in Eastvale.

Critical: Quality, ValueWhile in Calif my sister and had our lashes done on a Tuesday, my sister had to go back that afternoon for corrections, mine looked ok when we left however by the next day both of our lashes were falling out. When we called the salon they did over for us to come back in late that afternoon. I was visiting from North Carolina on a work trip and I was need of “recovery” from lashes that were done the week before. Not only was this location able to get me in the most convenient time frame, my lash technician, Nisie, was the absolute best in accommodating my needs. She was able to look at my lashes, performed a full consult and what would be the best option at that point and she fully executed, all while having a pleasant and friendly demeanor. My overall experience, from the greeting in the beginning, the lash placement and the follow-up at the end was pleasant and I will be definitely visiting when I am back in the area. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

I asked for 6D hybrids. They didn’t have any 6D so the girl who did my lashes did 3D and didn’t tell me. I didn’t notice until I paid. I don’t hate the way the 3D look but I really wanted to try the 6D look. I pod $20 extra for them to basically look the same not impressed. My lashes have not been the same ever since Toni stopped doing them. I signed up because the girl who used to do my lashes (Toni Cordova) did a great job on them and left me always looking great. It’s a bit of a drive from my work or home to get here and I am regretting not signing up closer to home. It fees as though they are a bit disorganized here and half of the time, the receptionists don’t ask me if I need to prep my lashes. Overall I’m not too thrilled with this location. I’m just waiting to finish out my contract and go somewhere closer to home.
