The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Valencia, CA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and I love it. The environment is always super clean and everyone (front desk ladies, stylists, the owner… literally everyone) is beyond nice. Fran has been my stylist for the majority of that year and she is absolutely amazing. I always leave super happy with my lashes! If I ever have a problem, it is always quickly and easily resolved. I could not recommend this place more.

It’s a good place, with a nice environment. If you decide to get the membership, just make sure they tell you the dates when you can use it without being overcharged. (That’s 2x/month). Unfortunately I had to pay A LOT extra although I had the membership because they didn’t tell me when I could use it again, so I just schedule my regular time. It turned out if I had gone the following day, I wouldn’t have had to pay $115 for a fill (it would be just the regular $25). It was their mistake not to let me know (as I didn’t know the day I started the membership) and apparently they were supposed to text me, but just didn’t. Oh well! I wish them the best anyway and just pray they’ll be more aware/organized with future clients.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and I never really leave a review unless I’m giving kudos. However, I went in for lash extensions and came out with two different sets of lashes. After they were done they held the mirror to my face for like 2 seconds. I was so tired that I just wanted to get some rest. When I woke up the first thing I did was look at my lashes. When looking closer, I realized that the sets were different. One set is fluffier, shorter, and thinner while the other is a bit thicker, longer, and bolder. I don’t know what to make of this.

Same comments as beodre…Anyone you get paired up with are really good. Liz is my current stylist. I’ve been going to them for about 7 months now and I really love that they have a store front, they have a lot of eyelash stylist on staff, they’re open 7 days a week, and any of the stylist are qualified and will do a great job.
