The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Tucson, AZ, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I have been getting eyelash extensions for about 5 years now and the best place is Amazing Lash Studio Oro Valley! Everyone at the front desk greets you immediately and are all very friendly. My stylist Alicia was superb-she relocated to another state. I was concerned about trying a new stylist but not anymore. I saw Natalie yesterday and couldn’t be happier. Natalie was gentle, professional and my lashes look incredible. I will never go anywhere else.

I went to Angelica for lash extensions! And I totally fell in love! Angelica is so patient and listens to what I want! She definitely knows what she’s doing. Angelica really cares about her client, one night after my lash fill, it was pouring rain and angelica got her umbrella and walked me to my car, so my lashes wouldn’t get wet! To me this is going above and beyond! The front staff is also very friendly always make me feel right at home!

This place in Oro Valley, has been an absolute disappointment. I went there to get my eyelash extensions and enrolled in their “membership” of $109.00. I requested the hybrid volume and they ended up looking like the classic set, not only that the lady who did my eyelashes got glue on my eyelid which caused my eye to irritate and my eye looked red for a couple of days, I was in so much pain and I was unable to enjoy my new set of lashes. I called the next day to cancel my membership and they were so difficult and stated that I would be charged full price of $180.00 if I canceled.

The actual employees and lash associates are wonderful and this review is in no way about them. Brandon spoke to me and was wonderful and empathetic and had great customer service. Their management, however, was incredibly condescending and rude. I called to cancel my membership two months ago and was told over the phone that it was cancelled and that was it, I was told nothing more. I checked my bank account and noticed I had been charged for a membership. I called and was told a manager would contact me back to handle my concern, which she did. I explained the situation and she told me that they will not offer a refund as no agent could have possibly told me that they had cancelled my membership without sending me an email. I have proof that no emails were ever received and explained the person I spoke to never disclosed the email to me. The manager spoke down to me and told me it was my fault and tried talking in circles. I explained the situation over and over and that I would have filled out the cancellation had I known I needed to so I wouldn’t be charged as that is common sense, but she repeatedly said that I must not have wanted to cancel the membership then and that they will not refund any money for services I was not using. I’m still waiting for the next email she said they sent me and have not gotten it. I would tell people to go for the lash associates but good luck if you have to talk to management which should put customer service first and she clearly didn’t.

I am a nurse who works shift work so I often have to use different stylists when I go in for fills. There is absolutely no consistency between stylists. I get the 6d lashes because I love the volume and some artists make them really full for me and other days I leave there and my lashes aren’t even on both eyes and they’re not as full as I prefer them. It is upsetting when I am paying extra for the 6D lashes. If you prefer a classic set is it a great place to go. For the people who like a fuller volume set, I do not recommend.
