The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Tempe, AZ, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Alex at Tempe Marketplace for several months now and couldn’t be happier. I get compliments on my lashes from complete strangers and refer them to her regularly. Location is great, facility is super clean, product selection is good, and they’ve never once cancelled on me which happened regularly at the last place I went to. Very highly recommend.

I got my lashes done and while the tech was doing them she stated they were just falling off. After two hours she managed to get them on. The tech knew I was going out of town a few days later. About half of the lashes had fallen off within 3 days. I called to see what I can do to fix this issue the morning of the 4th day, and was advised I should come in and get a $70 refill. I asked the girl who answered the phone, so your advise is for me to pay for two eye lash sessions within a four day period??? She said yes, because I should have came in within 3 days for an adjustment. This information would have been nice if my tech actually told me it was an option as she was the one who noticed they were just falling off. Terrible customer service and a waste of time. Not excited about how trash I will be looking on my trip.

Sadly, this business took advantage of my 14-year-old daughter and I cannot in good conscious make a positive review for this company. We called and booked an appointment with front desk staff member Bailey. I told her that my daughter earned the money for the $79 new client special and was so excited. I explained that we wanted to book with a basic staff member, not pay the additional $20 for a more advanced technician when she attempted upselling us on the advanced technician. Because my daughter was using her own money for the service, it was very important that we paid the $79 new client special, as well as the money she had set aside for the tip, and nothing else. Apparently during the service, they up sold my daughter on using a longer lash, but without telling her there would be any difference in the price. My daughter actually mentioned that she did not want the lashes too long, or too showy, but apparently the technician insisted. When my daughter came out of her lash service, we went to pay and they charged us $124, not the $79 that we signed up for. It was also Bailey that rang us up, so I was more surprised than ever that this occurred since she knew what we had signed up for.

I went to amazing lash studio on October 20 -2022 and i want to be done my eyelash first i love it. People say its look good on me. The second day started to fell of and continuesly i was very disappointed and now its 7 days but my lash is fell everyday my right eyes is funny coz need to refill badly . I thought its gonna be hold for 2weeks or 3weeks but not now need to refill. i need to find a better lash studio to hold not only a week. I am very very disappointed i am not recommend this place .i will go to work with a funny eyes

I did like my lashes, no lie it was easier than using strips. Dont bother paying extra for the master lash expert as you will still be there the same amount of time! Just a tip. Also they dont seem to honor coupons on their website so even as a new customer I didn’t get their special. My lashes did last for 2 weeks so I would go back for that reason but for $175 spent I would have hoped it would last at least 3 weeks. I digress…

I went in around the wknd of October 26th, was told I’d get an introductory offer of $79 but was up sold while getting them done and no price was discussed but after 2 hours and finally getting done, I get up front and the price is now $124 I was confused but was like whatever I like my lashes so ok. The next day my lashes started falling out, I contacted them they said it was normal but to come in and they’ll fix it at no charge. So fast forward to November 13th I go in to get a refill and this time is worse, here I am typing this November 20th and my lashes look horrible already, they constantly fall out and is just irritating because I once again paid $124 and became a monthly member but I’m deciding not to go back and cancel my membership because I work hard for my money to just be throwing it away and having poor quality.

Very disappointed at their dishonest and deceiving business practices. I sign for the membership under the understanding that will cover my refill but when I went the first time for a refill the charge me 10 dls for the “master” girl that did my refill plus 35 for my eyelashes refill. They proceed to explain my type of eyelashes are charged 35 extra. I explained that when I sign the membership I was not Informed of it, otherwise I would make a better informed decision. The lady at front desk replied exactly the same answer in a rude tone. I paid, then I called to speak with the manager, who I left a message but when I explained the lady who answer the phone, she proceeded to repeat the same of the above. I don’t mind the charges IF I WAS BEING AWARE OF IT But I WAS NEVER EXPLAINED THE ABOVE, therefore I consider an abuse and very poor business practices. Be aware when you sign for the membership and don’t be caught unaware of the undisclosed hidden extra charges. I didn’t not requested a master neither was informed of extra charges when I booked my refill appt over the phone.
