Critical: Quality, ValueI am very disappointed in this service. I went to them the first time last Wednesday, and they looked perfect! Within two days they were all falling off. When I called Monday to explain my frustration, I had no extensions. They were really nice about it and offered to touch it up for no cost. Well I went in today, the technician was nice but didn’t do a full extension. She said she didn’t have enough time to do a full set since the appointment was only an hour and it takes her about 2 hours to do a full set. I didn’t noticed how bare it was until I got to my car. I am very disappointed in this service. I went to them the first time last Wednesday, and they looked perfect! Within two days they were all falling off. When I called Monday to explain my frustration, I had no extensions. They were really nice about it and offered to touch it up for no cost. Well I went in today, the technician was nice but didn’t do a full extension. Critical: QualityI posted a review a couple of weeks ago and gave 2 stars but I came back to edit it down to a 1.When I first started here it was to try and save some money with the monthly service. However, they say not to use those unless you are getting a fill which is 2-3 weeks and I couldn’t go more than a week without a fill. If I went 2-3 weeks I wouldn’t have any lashes left. So I called this morning to cancel and ask for a refund since I hadn’t ever used any of my fills and they said they couldn’t refund me, but I have 180 days to use the other two fills I had already paid for.Overall I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for lashes. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had been a membership customer for over 3 years and I have to say I’m soooo disappointed with my lashes the past 8 months-when it changed ownership! I pay a lot for volume lashes and the past 8 months I have notice a decrease in the amount of lashes they use and the adhesive they starting using-my lashes literally are fall out 1-2 days after getting them!!Amazing Lash, you must be financially hurting because you are skimping out on quality adhesive and lash products!!Not to mention: Two of my favorite lash artists quit and now I understand why they quit!! I DO NOT recommend getting your lashes here!! You’ll regret it.And did I mention I tried to cancel my membership and it took emailing 2 times and calling 3 times asking for a manager to cancel the dang thing!! Poor customer service! Poor quality!! During one of my fills the tech got lash glue all over the bottom of my eye and and she let me leave like that and even when i was checking out no one at the front desk said a word. Worst lash experience ever! They are way too over priced and the quality of the lashes are awful before i left i was going in every week and paying for a fill because my lashes would fall out.
