Lash artist wise this place is awesome. My lash artist was so sweet and she did a good job on my fill. However, they charge an excessive amount. They also have fills set for an hour when on average my fills have been an hour and a half for significantly less money. So my lashes aren’t completely full. The way their website states their prices is very confusing so I didn’t know it would be this much. They also never stated the price of anything (except for the lash cleanser I bought) until I had already paid and I saw my receipt. I just went in for a quick fill in between my normal lash place since they were booked out. I didn’t want to have to pay for a full set but at this rate I might as well have let my lashes fall out. I would have gotten a full set for the price of this fill. I’m leaving a picture of my receipt so you can look at all the charges if you’re thinking about getting your lashes done here.

okay, so my experience started with a solid 1/5 stars and ended with a 1,000/10!!! i went in to get my first set of lash extensions ever and without going into detail, it was not good. BUT!!!! when i called them and explained what had happened not only did they schedule me with their best technician, but they fixed everything free of charge, the technician that fixed my lashes was so kind, patient, understanding, skilled, and helpful!!! despite my unappreciative attitude that i started the appointment with, she never made me feel like i was being difficult (and i was full blown karen mode after my first experience), she left me looking and feeling incredible
