I should have just canceled when I showed for my first appointment. I called 10 days in advance to schedule with a certain technician. When I checked in they didn’t tell me that she had left and just moved me to someone else’s schedule. Went to Vegas for 6 days and most of my lashes on the left eye fell out. Called and clearly stated when I had been in. I paid over $200 dollars and they said they would comp the fill then called back and told me nevermind I was close enough to the 2 week mark that they wouldn’t comp now but instead offered a membership. It hasn’t even been 10 days! No THANKS, I’ll take my business elsewhere!

I was offered a full set from the salon for free, I don’t feel comfortable returning to this Salon nor wasting another 1 hr + trip. I paid my monthly fee of $59.99 the first of the month and now they have charged me $50.91 today. What a joke!!

The Amazing Lash Studio in Amarillo, TX has a High turnover rate along with HORRIBLE customer service. When I walked in the room to get my lashes done, the tech did not speak back (which wasn’t her first time doing behaving this way). She began with a horrible attitude. Every question I asked her, she answered in a very rude matter as though I was irritating her by telling her what I wanted. I did was turned off by the matter, so I walked up front to reschedule. She followed me out of the room to the front desk explaining the policy that if I leave I will still be charged and I couldn’t see anyone else at that time because by then I’ll be considered late….while I was trying to speak to the lady upfront and get understanding about the policy, the tech was over talking me and continued to be very loud and rude. The tech also said that I should remember the policy as she continued to be very rude and inconsiderate of her behavior and attitude. She did not even take the time to ask has anyone ever explained the policy to me In detail. She just assumed that I knew as if I worked there before. There wasn’t anyway that I was going to allow her to do my lashes after how she behaved . I would think by paying so much money and tipping, since it’s the right thing to do, I would get decent service. Not to mention, my eyes were bloody red for days (the first two times I got my lashes done) because the tech had the tape too close which were rubbing my eyeballs the entire time of application. She said it’s normal….she always had an excuse for her mishaps.

I’ve left this place! And cancelled my membership with Amazing Lash. To many revolving doors with lash stylist, to many changing fees and issues every single time I’ve gone almost in the last 6 months. Including them taking credits from me without my permission. I’ll find an independent stylist.

I have been getting my lashes done since February. My lash tech was amazing. However, this past month they have charged me double. DOUBLE. I usually pay $130 to go twice. When i called for a refund the receptionist Tara stated she would tell the manager. Whether the manager or Tara failed, i don’t know who. But i never received a phone call back or a refund. A week later, today, i receive a call to confirm my appt for tomorrow. I re-explain the situation and am told the manager will call again. She. Does. Not. So i call a few hours later. The manager, Ashley, happens to answer the phone. She refuses over and over again to refund me the whole amount they took. She’s being very rude and disrespectful and even at one point puts me on hold when i was in the middle of talking. After she answers again i can hear her clapping her hands with everything she explains. I tell her i can hear her and i don’t appreciate it. And not once did she apologize. I was not getting anywhere with her on the phone so i drove over there. She had a different girl explain why they took all of this. And still it does not make any sense. I come every 2 weeks, and if you don’t pull my money until the 21st then that’s not my fault. You do not charge me more money to continue my 2 times a month. On top of that, you do not charge my account WITHOUT authorization and explaining why besides the automatic payments. The manager was still very rude and did not even stay until i was finished canceling my appt. On top of that she tried blaming her other receptionist, who is my sister in law, when it was not her fault it was someone else’s. And even tried making her be the one to fix this issue. When someone is a manger they are to handle these situations in a mature and professional manner. And this CLEARLY did not happen, this woman obviously needs more training. I cancelled my account and will ensure no one i know wastes their time with this horrible location.

I called and made an appointment for 330 got there at 306 and the snotty girl who was doing them said she didn’t have time. They close at 8pm so I really don’t understand them asking me to come back tomorrow. New customer or not. I wouldn’t want someone doing my lashes who huffs and puffs over her clients anyways. Don’t like your job go somewhere else.

I love my stylist, Brittany she is fast and efficient and always attentive. These lashes are my new addiction!! The front desk girls are always so sweet and knowledgeable. And it’s also very affordable.
