The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Austin, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

My first time using this location. The only thing I asked for different from my notes was longer lashes. My lashes were very thin once completed, I selected any stylist and was given a Master stylist (extra fee). I was also charged for mega volume and received 6d. The ladies at the front were not nice about explaining the extra charges. Also when I went to another location after I was told no notes were left from my appointment. Very disappointed & over charged from this experience.photos show the difference between lash appointments and asking for the same exact thing. The thin lashes are from this location.

I don’t like to leave anyone a bad review but feel the need to put this out there so hopefully no one else ever leaves this business feeling the way that I did tonight. I went last Wednesday night to get lash extensions for the first time ever, was nervous but felt comfortable with the girl that did my lashes and felt good about it when I left. By Friday afternoon, the lashes on my right eye had begun to fall out – tried to call them but they were closed bc of the weather. They continued to come out, just that eye, by Monday afternoon it looked like I only had extensions on one eye. Called and was told they would make it right not to worry, was scheduled to get them redone on Tuesday afternoon, was told on the phone there would be no charge. I went, had a different girl, didn’t seem as experienced as the first one but she was nice – ended up gluing my lashes together and poking me in the eye with pointed tweezers three times, I finally sat up and told her not to touch me, at this point my eye was hurting. That wasn’t the worst part, at least the lash technician was sincere and felt bad and tried to help. When I went out to leave the manager, Katie is her name, wanted to know how I was paying for today. I told her I wasn’t paying anything for that, I came so they could fix the problem with the right lashes coming out. She got aggressive, disrespectful and told me in no uncertain terms that she would be charging me on my credit card they had on file. I tried to explain what had just happened and that I was told by her on the phone and when I arrived there earlier there would be no fee since they fell out, they would make it right, etc. She continued with her disrespect, after I told her she didn’t have authorization to charge my card she told me it was too bad she was charging it anyway. I told her I would dispute it and she said she didn’t care, go ahead and she would be notifying her manager of it. At that point I asked for her managers information and she would only give me her first name, Jamie and said she would have her call me, which is fine by me, I just wanted to get out of the place.
