The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Pflugerville, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes.

I schedule ahead on time and cancel my appointment, reschedule me but that appt didn’t really work for me so I called and cancel and they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee, why? Just like them, I also go by my schedule and my time it’s valuable. When I called and cancel I ask about the eyelash lift and tint to get that instead but when I argue about the cancellation fee the lady got me off the phone right away and didn’t let me schedule for something else. I’ve been there several times as a member a couple of years ago and never had a scheduling problem and my service was good, now I can’t say the same.

The staff are very beginners and inconsistent in their service. Management is the same – very young and not focused on customer service or ensuring that the customer experience meets the price that is being paid. Salon owner is absent. It really just seems as if this salon is unsupervised and has no clear definition of service.

I was so excited to use Amazing Lash as my friend recommended them. The install was beautiful however the lashes fell out within 4 days. I got this treatment for a wedding and on the day of the event I had to use strip lashes to coverup the massive shedding. I called the studio and explained what happened and I was told I could come in for a complementary replacement set. Once I arrived to the studio and got in the chair the manager came in and told me I would be billed for the session yet I would receive a “discount”. I felt completely cheated as this is NOT what was promised on the phone. I didn’t want to create an argument so I agreed to pay for the treatment. When it came time to check out the technician encouraged me to buy their lash wash and I agreed. I followed every direction given yet I still saw significant shedding. It’s been less than a week since the second treatment and ALL the lashes have fallen out. I have spent over 250.00 for nothing. I do not recommend using this company. The glue does not last. I followed up with my friend and she explained the same thing started happening to her so she requested they use a stronger glue. I’m incredibly disappointed with the product and the way the situation was handled.

Critical: Quality, ValueDespite hearing stories from other people I decided to try amazing lash since they have multiple locations and are conveniently close to home and work.In the past 3.5 WEEKS, I have spent over $200 to start my lash journey.The first location I went to the girl didn’t speak the entire time, pointed to the available options and asked me to pick what I wanted. Me not knowing much about the lash game picked 2 that I liked and asked her which would look better, natural but full she told me her pick, I agreed an hour later I was done and felt like I had long spider legs on my eyelashes. No one went into detail about after care or anything just not to get them wet for 24 hours, so I went extra and didn’t even touch them in water, I used face wipes instead. But I was unaware that you have to clean them 2 times daily to prevent build up, within a week they were falling out and thinning out.Fast forward 2 weeks, I signed up for the membership, it made more sense in the long run. I go to the Pflugerville location for my “fill ” the girl here was super sweet and promised to fix me up, confirming that my original set was coming off (exactly 2 weeks to the day)I loved my lashes at first glance when I got home I noticed half of my left eye lashes were stuck together with the glue (they all moved as one) I didn’t wet them for 2 days but I purchased the cleaner and actively cleaned them every day after waiting 48 hours. Today is 1 week exactly and I have half of the set I had.These lashes I see ladies getting from private individuals seem to last longer. I would steer clear of the chain industry! I have been going there for a couple of months now. Everything had been going great, but unfortunately this last set of lashes I lost half of them within 3 days. I called to see what they could do and told me I had to go in by Monday to get an adjustment, I work so I can’t go in at the time they wanted me to go in. I told them I could go in on Tuesday, but the receptionist told me they would charge me for the adjustment. I went in for a fill less than two weeks from my previous fill and this happened. I know it’s not normal since my other fills have lasted a reasonable amount of time. I don’t think I should pay for the adjustment if I lost half of them in a short amount of time. Now I have one eye that looks okay with a couple of them hanging about to fall and the other one with less than half of the lashes. Unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate my schedule. I can’t just take off work to go get my lashes redone. When I had already taken time to get them done. The young lady was like sorry, there is nothing we can do.
