The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Kyle, TX, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

New to the town and it was alright but they need some improvement. Subscription fee is higher to sorounding towns but the service doesn’t match the price value. The front desk is a hit or miss. They’re not consistent with lash artist.

As a new customer I originally booked this lash appointment on September 27,2022 for October 17th for the $79.99 special. The person who I booked my appointment with never mentioned to me that because I was booking my appointment in October that that price wasn’t going to be honored. So it wasn’t until I showed up for my appointment and the young lady in front of me began to dispute her charges with the employee working the front office. Is when I discovered the price was last months special. Regardless if we had the email confirming the appointment with that lash price. The employee that booked my appointment was no longer employed, per the front office employee.

I really wanted to get lashes done since I’d never really done them before, and after the first apt got hooked even with the price. Unfortunately the front desk staff were very rude and my appointment was cancelled twice even 1 hour before I was suppose to go in! When I was explaining that I needed just a 30 min touch up and I scheduled days ago like requested they didn’t care at all. I guess I was expecting more from a business that promotes beauty!

I had a credit for a cancelled membership. When I called to make an appointment for a lash lift, I was told there was no record of my credit. I guess it was my fault for not keeping my paperwork but I assumed, incorrectly that they would keep record and honor it. Extremely disappointed not to mention out over a 100 dollars! Summer at the front desk was no nice and helpful when trying to squeeze me in for an appointment! Danielle did an amazing job on my lashes!! She was so sweet & very gentle while working on my lashes! She also took time out to help me decide on which shape and lash size would work best for me! I have been a member at amazing lash since 2017 & so glad there’s a location in Kyle now!! worst eyelash services experience. I went to get lash extensions 3 times in the time frame of one week by these people. first time I was with an inexperienced tech. she was very nice but left way too many natural lashes unlashed and told me she lashed all the ones available. a new set is $200 plus $60 if you want volume and the work was sub par not to the standards for that cost. I told the front desk I was not happy with how they looked and the front desk lady scheduled me an adjust in the morning free of charge. so I came back in the morning and that same front desk lady had me go wash my eyelashes upon arrival. at the time I didn’t know you’re not supposed to get them wet for 48 hours. so I had a late appointment for my first visit, came back in the morning was told to wash them so I did. the lash tech that did my adjust that morning was friendly. she did an awesome job and filled more than half of what the first girl did. the only bad part about being with her was that she was on her phone a lot and it gets uncomfortable laying there so long. but other than that her execution was the best. at the end of my appointment with this tech she told me not to wash my lashes for 48hrs. aaaand I washed them when I got there when that front lady knew I just got them done the night before. soooo the 2nd day tech said if I have retention issues from washing them too soon to call back for ANOTHER adjustment free of charge. soooo I had retention issues and came back days later and I requested that it was an experienced lash tech like the 2nd tech. so I go in and the 3rd tech was extremely unpleasant, rude and made the whole thing I unenjoyable. and she did a poor job filling.
