From the moment I walk in, the amazing and friendly receptionists are ready to provide you with outstanding service. My master stylist Jackie is extremely knowledgeable and efficient when it comes to applying each lash extensions. The quality and durability of the products are fantastic. And the Management (Ms Montoya), is always available and willing to assist you with any questions or concerns. Updated review – I ended up becoming a member and getting extensions and I’ve been in love ever since. The lash lift just wasn’t for me and now I actually love my lashes. Claudia is my stylist and does an amazing job. Flexible hours are great and the staff is super friendly.

I waited a few days to post this review because I wanted to see if I could grow to like my lashes but I am beyond displeased with my results. Do not get me wrong, the lash techs and the receptionist were very nice. However, I showed the staff what I wanted & chose the style in their expert opinion what they considered would be best. The left picture is what I showed them which is me with falsies while the right is how I walked out. I couldn’t stand the sight of them so I called back to see if there was anything they could do. They were nice enough to see me the next day to fix them. Unfortunately, they still fell short of my expectations. The last picture (3rd) is the final result.
