The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in CITY,STATE, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Lash techs are very good but the unnecessary added cost are ridiculous. Money got pulled out of my account for the membership I canceled even though I was told it wouldn’t be affected. I’ve been trying the past 3 days to get the issue fixed and each time was told the manager would call me when they are in but never received any calls. Very unprofessional.

I love the Amazing Lash Studio at the Forum. I found the perfect Lash Stylist Monica Zapata she is super sweet and very knowledgeable. She has always given me fantastic lashes which have cut my morning routine in half. The lashes are comfortable and beautiful. I am definitely her loyal customer. I started getting lashes done in may of 2021 and got my first set from Alyssa around June. Since then, I haven’t gone to anyone else. Alyssa took time to make sure I was comfortable and was super friendly during each service! She pays attention to important details like making sure each client has good retention and always has my lashes as full as she can get them with each fill. I get so many compliments on them and she has 1000% helped me feel super confident. I also tried tinting and laminating with her once snd I’m already obsessed with the service, book her !!

I guess the main thing is I feel embarrassed. I use strip lashes often, but don’t get lash extensions. Instead of educating me and being honest about what the condition of my lashes meant – I’m sent out with a “complete” but totally uneven set. Not to mention being talked about while I’m laying right there. For the last hour and a half I just wanted to leave. I will likely never get extensions again, but if I do, it won’t be from a franchise.

I get more let down every time I go here. First of all, today I went to a “Junior” stylist. Sweet girl! But even though they make notes in the computer my lashes look nothing like when my regular girl did them. I was told today that it’s because they changed products. When I asked the girl the front desk about the changing of the products she said “ The ones we usually order were out of stock so we had to get something different and they’re less quality“. I suggested they might want to tell people this because if we’re going to still pay the same amount of money for less quality that’s not fair. And my lashes don’t look anything like they’re supposed to. I’m really disappointed and I paid like $170.00. The price just went up. That’s frustrating in itself but now the stylus that I’ve been going to for several months that I actually love, she got promoted to a master stylus, yay for her! But I can no longer go to her without paying an upgrade fee. Her original clients that got her to the master status should be grandfathered in. It’s not fair to us that she gets a promotion so we’re penalized. And it’s not fair to her to lose her good clients because she got a promotion. It’s now like an extra $25 to see her. For the same service we got a week ago. I’ve been here too I think five different lash stylist and she was the only one who did my lashes right. Every single time I went to somebody else I had problems. So now after spending $170 today to have lashes on my face that I hate I’m just going to have to go somewhere else all together. It’s all been a huge disappointment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars for Monica.
