The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Sugar Land, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with lash extensions was in this place!! Please please get away from here. The lash tech was the most unkind person I’ve ever met, she burnt my lashes, she almost take an eye out of my face with the eyelash fan TWICE!! I had an important photoshoot the next day I went to this place and my eyes looked so bad and didn’t even receive a call from the manager.

I have been coming here for years now and I have always been greeted when I walk in. They are very attentive and helpful at the front desk. I highly recommend Judith. She always makes sure I am comfortable and has my blanket ready for me. She always does a wonderful job and I always have people that compliment my lashes and ask where I get them done.

I had my appt for a full set with Megan and while I felt she rushed through the application and did not take her time, I waited to see if the lashes would stay. Well sure enough, most of them fell off by the first week. By 1.5 weeks, no lashes left. I did not work out, do yoga, get them wet, or do anything that would precipitate them falling off. Usually in the past, they have lasted up to 3 weeks with proper care. Don’t waste your $$…at least not with the lady that did mine: Megan. Choose someone else who actually takes their time with you so they can last longer than 1 week for the price spent.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI am out of town during my normal lash refill so I came to this locationUpon scheduling I had to then be rescheduled the next day because the lash tech would not be in.Upon arrival the attendant was not pleasant and friendlyI was then told I would need a new set vs a refill which is fine however I asked the difference in sets and price and was not able to get a clear answer from the lash tech. I then decided it would be just be best to reschedule because the lash tech then told me she could only do a classic set based on time. Once again I was met with shear rudeness and attitude from the agent at the front desk. The bathrooms are disgusting the sinks are filthy as well as the walls and doors. I would not recommend this location at all and I’m an avid fan of amazing lash studio. One of the next lash studios I’ve been too! Been having the membership for over a year now and my lashes have never looked better! They recently updated their lashes so they go all the up size 17mm! Which is what I love! Plus volume! I don’t think I’ll even stop coming here! Front desk is always so welcoming and helpful and management is always friendly and accommodating! And I love all the stylists! I always walk out happy 🙂 definitely recommend!!!!

I have been coming to this establishment for a little over a year. I have a membership. The membership is for 2 lash refills/month. So basically I am at this establishment EVERY 2 weeks like clock work. I always make every appt I have set and I’m always on time. I had to cancel an appt the same day due to me being unexpectedly called into work. I am a registered nurse so I can most of the time control my own schedule. I rarely get called into work but my help was warranted this particular time so I had to go in, which required me to cancel my lash appt. I explained this to the person that answered the phone and they did not care. They explained their cancellation policy to me which I fully agree with. I don’t like to waste other individuals time nor do I like to waste my money. With all that being said, I love my lash tech but I will not be going back to this establishment. The lack of empathy along with your cancellation fee has caused you to loose a customer. A loyal customer at that. I’m sure this policy was placed for a reason but if the person has no control over the situation or they never cancel there should be an exception to the rule.

Had an amazing experience at this studio, i had my lashes done by Jessica. She did an amazing job, really took pride in her work and paid attention to detail to make sure that they looked perfect. After my session i received great customer from the front desk staff from Jonathan and the manager. They there very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about services and products they offer. Defiantly will be going back.
