The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Missouri City, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes.

I have been coming here for at least a year. . My Lash tech Terreva is wonderful. First and foremost she is PROFESSIONAL and she listens to the type of style I want and always goes above and beyond. I am always getting compliments on my lashes and get told that they look so professional and I let them know that they need to request Terreva so that she could make their lashes beautiful. Absolutely terrible customer service. Front desk can never figure out what amount is owed. Lashes took longer than normal and I didn’t have time to fight with them on what the correct pricing was as I was late to my next appt. I asked the front desk lady to figure it out (as she stated she was new and needed to wait for her manager) & call me with the total and I’d make a payment over the phone.

The technician quality is okay – depending on who you setup services with. Had some lashe sets last about 1 week and others up to 4 weeks. However, the front desk service is terrible – rude, doesn’t communicate well with one another, openly talks about others, argues with customers in the lobby (seen with other customers and experienced myself), and blames customers for member account setup issues within their system. I signed on for a membership, but the system would not auto-process the monthly payment. It would however process the payment if I paid day of service (same card as the one on file). It was deteremined there was an account setup issue on their side, however no one took the time to fix it. Instead, I received monthly calls, had been directed to call my bank and fix the isssue (this was on month 3) and the receptionist argued with me when I advised that the issue was with their system and that the payment will process in-person. I canceled my membership and will never go back.
