The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Magnolia, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I feel bad for them. I should have read the reviews first. I called to see if they could schedule me to remove them since my eyes look like they got infected. The girl on the phone said they wouldn’t touch them if they were. I asked what can I do to remove them myself? The girl on the phone said they have a special formula for that.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI only went to this location because the lights were out at my regular salon at the Portofino Center, and I had an event the next day. I will NEVER go back. I went in for a refill and when Megan (the stylist) said all done after only 15 minutes..I looked it the mirror and seriously thought she was kidding, I saw nothing different. I expressed my concerns and she said she had done all she could do, didn’t even try anything else, in fact refused…while looking at her watch the whole time. She said my lashes were to short and I had natural gaps trying to explain why her poor job should have been acceptable. I have always had full, beautiful and long lashes with NO gaps when leaving Portofino. On top of all of this, the girl up front tried to charge me $25 for volume when I already pay for a membership, saying different salons charge different prices!!! Volume??? Are you kidding me, I don’t even see lashes!!! Omg!!! Hailey is amazing!! My eye lashes normally burn but the past two times they have not! She always checks on me throughout the appointment and is very careful and gentle!! So thankful I have found her!!! Seriously book an appointment with this girl! You not only get an amazing stylist, but you get a new friend!! Seriously in love with my eye lashes!

This place is amazing! When you first walk in, it looks like you’d imagine heaven to be. Super bright and beautiful. Very clean place and very friendly staff. Hailey O. does my lashes and she is my absolute favorite. From my first visit, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The first time I talked to her I felt like I had known her for years. She’s so gentle that I cant even tell she’s touching my eyes and they always look stunning when she’s finished. I referred a friend to her, thinking nothing of it, and afterward my friend told me how excited she was to finally have a lash girl who does an outstanding job and is friendly and welcoming. If you’re going to get lash extensions for the first time, then I *highly* recommend Hailey Osborne. I was so nervous when I first walked in. I must have asked Hailey a hundred questions on what to expect, but she kept her cool by being so patient, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Ashlynn and Kelly are amazing. I just recently decided to unfreeze my account and Ashlynn made the process so smooth and easy, she even called the next day to make sure I had an update on how everything went ( I also scheduled my appointment before my draft was pulled) so she informed me if I pushed my appointment out I wouldn’t be double charged which helps my pocket book! I really am pleased with Kelly’s professionalism, she always does my eyelashes perfectly and if I notices any issues she is quick to correct them. I stopped going by for a month or two and when I popped back in she remembered who I was and even asked how a (said event) went we when talked. Absolutely love this place. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
