The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Houston, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

When you first walk in , you are greeted with a warm welcome the lady’s in the front were so nice and Ms. Rosy answered all my questions and detailed with her response . It was my first time ever doing my lashes , I got these done by Juliana , she was quick , clean , pariente and knew what I wanted . I had trouble with a piece of lash and went back to the studio and were very understanding and kind . Thank you and would recommend this place !

I scheduled my appointment for brow tint and a lash extensions well in advance. They called me a few days ago to confirm my appointment for both services with no issue. They called again the day of the appointment to tell me they no longer have someone that does brown tint. Literally minutes before my appointment smh. I had to scramble to find someone to tint them before my event! My lashes were beautiful, but I may not return to this location !

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Worst lashes I’ve ever gotten. They Claim to make 6D lashes when they use a very thin hair that doesn’t even give any volume. My Lashes looked bald. They made me pay an extra fee because who did my lashes was a “Master” that didn’t know what she was doing. I explained my concert to the receptionist and didn’t seem to care at all.

Bunker Hill -I booked my appointment online and was never informed what level of lash technician I had booked. I showed up for my appointment and was asked if I wanted volume added to my lashes and I said yes but not too much. I was not told prior to walking back to get the extensions that there was a $20 up charge for the level technician I had or that volume was an additional $45. When my lashes were done I was not given care instructions or a brush for my lashes by the technician. I received a brush for my lashes from the sweet girl at the front desk. I noticed as I was going to the front that the corner of my right eye felt like the top was stuck to the bottom. As I was noticing this I also noticed that the technician had her bag and was headed out the door. What if there was a bigger problem? She was not the least bit concerned. This was not a level of service that I feel warranted an additional $20 for the level of technician she was. My lashes are nothing special and the volume is questionable. Don’t waste your time at this location. I also got an email for my 1st appointment to be $69.99 and I was charged $89.99. Note… I tried to upload a photo to show the lack of volume but it won’t upload.

UPDATE: The manager was nice enough to contact me to discuss. She had me return to the salon to have my lashes unpermed, which was very pleasant. Furthermore, I was invited back to have them permed again or a full set of lashes at no cost. This is what I call customer service and much appreciated.

Well I booked an appointment over a week ago for tomorrow at 6. I get a phone call today after I had already confirmed that 6 pm is too late and that I would need to re schedule because a full set takes more than an hour. Which isn’t true. I have been getting my lashes done with her for over 4 years now and Christine has never taken over an hour. The lady insist that I need to re schedule and for the next time to book with enough time when they we were the ones that set the appointment. It’s a shame that you would hire people like that. I had canceled my membership with credits left on my account. I went in to use credits and was told AFTER my service that they were no longer on my account. I paid the $135 and called my home location and confirmed I did have credits available. Since then I have called the Bunker Hill location 5 different times to get a refund and was told 5 different times that a manager would call me back which never happened. I finally got a “manager” on the phone named Rosie who asked me “are you done?” when explaining my frustrations and then proceeded to say “if you would get off cloud 9 and let me talk” which makes no sense but I am assuming was an attempt to be smart. Once I told her I was going to call corporate, she changed her tone. Despite the awful customer service, my technician Christine was amazing and my lashes are still looking great!

Ladies, PLEASE do not give your money to this franchise. I don’t have enough space to tell you all the details of corruption, fraud, illegal security cameras (without our knowledge). Their stylists go through a one week training program. That’s it. They overbook time slots on purpose and call it a scheduling error. Poor training literally leads to excess glue, heavier lashes than your natural ones can support which all leads to breaking. My natural lashes are so screwed up. Their taping is excessive – and their one week trained stylists rip out your eyebrows. Their answer? Get a new set. Every time. I reported two poor quality sessions to the front desk. That went no one. Thank you, have a good day I was told.

(Again I went from 0-100) I ended up expressing my feelings & they took care of me better than I expected. They got me in the next day to help get the style I want without any attitude. They really made me feel good & of course- beautiful. Thank you so much Taylor & the staff for taking care of me the way y’all did. If you are thinking of coming here- expect to be treated like a queen. Really- just great hospitality and of course lashes!!
